I was there at 915 pm. The cashier cleaned the front doors while we waited. After about 3-4 minutes she comes to the cash register and I ask for lotto tickets for tonight. She ask me how to do it and I’m like I don’t know… i said I been waiting 3-4 minutes on a ticket and she’s clueless and then tells me don’t be rude. Been going there for over 15 years and seen plenty come and go but after tonight I will never go back. I’m in complete disbelief how rude she was.

I have been going to the Casey’s on Oakhill road in Evansville Indiana for several years, they’re in my neighborhood. The last four visits for lottery, the same attendant has had the same problem with the cash register trying to figure my winnings and my purchases. Today was no different, and as the line of customers grew behind me, the attendant wanted me to step aside to allow her to take care of eight or ten customers. I resisted and told her it was simple, she owed me six dollars. As she fumbled with the register, her superior arrived and ask what the problem was and as the attendant explained the problem, the supervisor pecked a few keys and handed me twelve dollars, which I knew was wrong, and I made quick to explain, take the twelve back, give me a five and a one, and get this straightened out by tomorrow because I’ll be back to purchase my daily lotto, and after me being honest, and not taking their money, the supervisor told me to go somewhere else for my lotto, and I said “no, I’ll be back tomorrow” now I fear I will run into trouble if I go back…..fred haas

Register crashed... young lady trying... not best attitude though for customer support she had support from and getting customers were trying to diffuse situation... in the meantime your gentlemen put together fresh mac and cheese bacon..... the Bomb!!!!!

Placed an online order for 6 pizzas and some cheese breadsticks. Online said order would be ready in like 20 minutes. The store manager called me to inform me that there was no way the order would be ready by that time. She explained that orders with more than 5 pizzas should be place 24 hours in advance. She went ahead and accepted the order and gave me a realistic time the food would be ready. I arrived shortly before that time and my order was ready. The gentleman working in the kitchen, helped carry the food out. The food was excellent. Great customer service! My only complaint was I didn't see anything stating about having to place an order of 6 pizzas 24 hours in advance.

They are always out of pizza every time I go there. If that wasn't the case it would be getting a better review because everything else is fine. But when they are out of pizza every time you go there, and the pizza is sooo good, it leaves a patron a little upset.

Decent enough gas station, pumps are old fashioned but the prices were very reasonable. Parking lot plenty big to maneuver pumps.

found a cockroach giving birth inside of my coffee and when i contacted management about the situation, Madison told me that's just indiana style. i'm from California btw. but to feel better i went to buy a fresh pizza just to see mice crawling around the kitchen squeaking to the beat of the song that was playing. so not only do they have mice, they have mice on crack.

best Casey's general store in the state good food great employee's. the one thing that sets them apart from the rest is they have prep guy who always is working hard. he makes the best cookies and salads hands down. when in town check out the Casey's on oak hill you won't regret it.

By far the best Casey's in town. You can tell they have a staff that legitimately CARES about their store and team. If there's ever an issue with food, they are accomadating, friendly and quick to fix it. Working withthe public can be hard...but friendly smiles and a positive environment/attitudes is what keeps people coming back for more! Thank you for holding your standards to the Casey's standard:)

I worked here and after what o have seen. I'll never buy food here again. Sad part is I love the pizza but it's a very nasty kitchen. The vent for oven leaks water ever time it rains and allways felt sick at the end of my shift(black mold)!

I've worked at the Santa Claus Casey's for over a year, and I've gotta say: this is the WORST Casey's I have ever eaten at. The pizza I got was super greasy and soggy, I could barely eat it. They use the same equipment they've been using since the store opened for business, and the store itself looks ANCIENT. It tells you a lot about the management and the corporate management who work for that store, how they feel about working there. I absolutely do not recommend eating any food made there.
