Its affordable. Beautifully decorated apartments. People are nice. Staff and maintenance very nice and accommodating. Pets allowed. Laundry facilities Nice grounds. Playground.

People are nice and it's pretty clean. They just remodeled all the apartments.

Was visiting and the older people are very upset about eviction notices. There rent is taken out of their bank account automatically but Carriage house made a mistake. and didn't take it out. How are these people supposed to know unless you communicate with them?
