“These guys are great! Better than Safelite for sure! I priced several places around town and they have good competitive pricing. My car and the glass to repair it are pretty rare but they still got me in next day for a rear glass replacement and it was done by lunch! A few places I called couldn't even get the glass for it. “Our Jeep Wrangler had a cracked windshield and our insurance company had Safelite lined up to replace it. It ended up requiring the OEM windshield and Safelite did not have one in stock, and couldn’t get one in for two more weeks!
The crack in the windshield was getting worse and we needed to replace it right away, so I called Siemers Glass.
The guys at Siemers Glass are great! They got our Jeep Wrangler in the same day, AND they had an OEM windshield IN STOCK! And they worked great with our insurance company to make sure we had a seamless experience!
Buddy Higgins was our technician, and he is AWESOME! He replaced the windshield with the OEM windshield in no time! I also showed him how the rear window defogger was inoperative because one of the connectors was broken.
We’ve had it repaired THREE TIMES at the dealership and it STILL broke off! They just couldn’t repair it PROPERLY! Buddy came to our rescue! Buddy repaired it RIGHT! It only took him about 10 minutes to PROPERLY fix what the damn dealership took HOURS to TRY to fix and could NOT!
So now we have a new OEM windshield AND the rear window defogger is WORKING AGAIN, thanks to Siemers Glass and Buddy Wiggins! From now on, we will be taking our vehicles to Siemers Glass and Buddy Wiggins for ALL of our glass needs!
