I have visited this place a couple of times. I find their prices a little bit too high for the stuff they’re selling. But sometimes they do have a few things that catch my eye. Yesterday I stopped by during my lunch break and wasn’t too impressed with the older gentleman who was there managing the store. A very strange person, and very weird character to say the least. After I paid $25 for some socks, he mumbled that “the sale was not even worth a plastic bag.” I was planning to return and purchase a couple of things like a $49 shirt and a $80 brown vest that I liked, but didn’t have the time to try it at that moment because I was on lunch break. I will not go back. They’ve lost a customer!

I was very surprised with the great selection of apparel, footwear, and other accessories that this store carries.
The employees were not only friendly but also very helpful. This was our first time shopping at the Boot Barn, and I can guarantee it won't be my last 😊

The staff was nice and friendly. The place was nice and brightly light and clean. The staff was also very knowledgeable in the product they are saleing. If this was my local one I'd be using it more, but since I live in Texas I've got to find one down there

Outstanding customer service! I had never been there before and several different associates helped me find all the things my country loving son needs. They informed us of sales, which brands are best suited for our use, and even showed me things I had never seen. They have a shirt with a special square sewn in just for cleaning your glasses! Great little store right across from the mall.

I have shopped at many boot barns but this one, we'll I was ignored. I asked for help and she appeared to get aggravated. She told me they don't have any jeans in back so they don't have my size.
We left after 2 hours and i shopped online. We spent 1,300. So if they work on sales or commission, they missed out.

My husband was trying on a pair of pants and just because the older lady employee didn't get there before he, she was a very rude person rushing my husband which is disabled. Maybe Boot Barn should have more fitting rooms for busy days like today.

Had a fantastic visit. Looking at shirts, hats,jewelry and boots. The employee who helped us was amazing. We couldn't find anything for a bigger guy to ware. She tried and tried to find shirts to fit. Very polite and even let me search on her phone for online sizes. We was in store for a while, she helped us and talked to us many times. Will definitely go back...sorry I don't remember her name..

The employees are very helpful. My oldest and her boyfriend went on a date then bought boots here. The lady was so helpful to them.

Great selection of boots, jeans and jewelry. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have bought a few items here. Thanks to Hillary, Zach and Rachel for their expertise.
