I don't care if the elderly lady was hard of hearing or not. The way the cashier talked her wasn't very appropriate. When I called the person on the phone was taking the cashier's side. The lady that was in front of me wasn't nice either she could of said excuse me to the elderly person to move out of the way. The person who waited on us didn't even offer us if we wanted bags or not.I was having a pretty good day in tell I witnessed these. One of the reasons I don't go out much cause people are just not kind anymore.

Big Lots forgot to read the room. They now charge money for a bag to put my purchases in. They used to have good prices, but now they are higher than Wal-Mart and a few others. Plus they make me pay for my bag!

Reasonable... Bought some kitchen shears, silk flowers, gorilla tape, tiny zip ties, Doritos, and Whoppers. They had some very nice Christmas decorations, too.
