Best Buy offers great prices and a large variety of the most modern electronics, with prices that are not bad at all. The staff are normally very helpful, quick to help, and super friendly. Sales people know the products and provide accurate information, with employees being super educated in what they do. Customers report that people are quick to help you find what you are looking for and are there quickly to help, with a greeter at the door who is really nice. The team is impressive, with associates who jump on issues quickly and are very informative. Help is provided with a willingness to assist, following simple and easy business practices. The location usually has what customers are looking for, with lots to choose from, and also offers financing options.
I find things online that say they are in store and they arent. I am one that prefers to buy in store but it doesnt work out in their store. They have a lot of great product, just not for me.

AGK has had to hang several of my TVs ( usually after the NFL playoffs). Dude has such a cool and friendly personality and does a great job. He goes out of his way and has a wide range of knowledge. He’s a great fit for the job, and deserves a raise. It’s guys like him that make ppl come back
