Had hard wood flooring installed by Dan & crew from Benny's in Newburgh. Few months later same crew did carpeting, 1 1/2 year ago. We got a ripple in the carpet recently and Dan & crew came out and fixed it free of charge. Great customer service.

Very pleased with our new flooring. Their entire staff, from the sales team to the installation crew, were very pleasant to work with throughout the entire process. We will definitely be using Bennys for our future projects.

Poor customer service. They host giveaways on Facebook then they don't send item and block the winner. Would not recommend dealing with this business. Very unethical practices.

Bought my flooring and had it installed a couple of years ago from bennys and it covered two levels of my house. They covered an area of my floor that I asked them not to. It was my entry way and it had a stone walkway that matched the wall. They covered the stone with some kind of cement and covered it with the luxury vinyl flooring I bought. It was ruined and they said if I want it taken off and redone I would have to find the stone and pay for it to be done. They also never finished putting the edge on around the walls. And they also did not place the flooring under my stove so the flooring is separating in the middle of my kitchen. I am very displeased with the service. I have tried calling them several times and they tell me that I have to talk to their contractor. I talk to the contractor and he tells me when he has the time to come out he will call me.The call never comes. I am tired of trying to get them to fix their mistakes and I will now be paying someone else to come out and fix them.

Bennys just completed a large job at Trinity Lutheran Preschool last week. Baseboards are popping off everywhere and nobody will return the directors calls. Unacceptable work. Pictures in comments.

Got Armstrong vinyl tile 4 years ago. Drop a spoon on it and it chips. Have had tiles replaced. Have to use black marker to color in chip. Benny and customer rep came and told me it was great tile. Still not happy. Should have got Mannington Adura.

GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH BENNY THIS WEEK. HE GAVE ME A GREAT DEAL ON FLOORING AND EVEN CALLED ME TO CORRECT AN OVERCHARGE. I APPRECIATE THE HONESTY AND INTEGRITY HE SHOWED WITH ME. I WOULD RECOMMEND BENNYS TO ANYONE!
