Extremely helpful and nice people! It was my first time buying a box spring so I didn’t really know what I was looking for, but they helped me and delivered it to my house even though it was 2 hours after they closed. I wouldn’t go in there expecting that, but it really made my day and solidified my shopping experience as a great one.

We were on the hunt for a big girl frame for my daughter. We stopped by Bedland on Green River Rd. It was a little confusing at first figuring out the doors and we ended up in the front building where we thought the kids section was. No one was in there, then Dennis, the owner spotted us and asked what we were looking for. He brought us to the larger warehouse behind the building we were in. They had many high quality bed frames and more. Dennis was very helpful and very generous in our search. We had previously bought a mattress from another store and where just looking for the frame. The frame my kid fell in love with wouldn't fit the mattress we had previously bought at a mattress store going out of business. So Dennis gave us a mattress for free so my daughter could have this bed. We weren't sure we were going to actually buy same day so we brought our little car. Dennis offered same day delivery and cut the delivery price in half. When they arrived to our house, same day, to deliver the frame we were anticipating putting it together ourselves as they don't assemble. Well they had a hiccup with the mattress so while Dennis and his wife ran back to the warehouse to get the mattress, he had his older kids stay and put the frame together. Dennis and his wife returned with the mattress and we finished up assembly. They took the debris as well. This family run business is a diamond find. They take care of their customers and take pride in what they sell. Thank you for the new bed frame, new bed!. My daughter is over the moon happy. Plus they had some nice stuff I wish I could spurge on myself. Maybe one day. Overall if your looking for quality and great family oriented customer service, you should check it out!

We went to Bedland after my wife was having back problems and rough nights of sleep on our old mattress. They helped us find a new one (which my wife loves) within our budget. Also, we weren't able to fit our box spring in our room, so they took the original one back and let us switch it out for two split box springs to make it easier to fit on our room. I'd highly recommend Bedland if you're wanting a new mattress.

The family who owns this business is very knowledgeable and cares about their customers. They take time to listen to learn and understand each person and their individual needs. It was like buying from a family member with my best interest at heart. I am very satisfied with the customer service I received and their products are top quality. I would recommend them without question and will most definitely be back. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Got a king mattress memory foam for 500 with box spring with super easy finance option they were so nice bent over backwards to help us!!!!

Poor quality and just as bad customer service. We bought a day bed for our 3 year old and it's unfit for him to sleep in. The 6 inch gap allows for the slats underneath to be exposed. The bed and dresser are cheaper than that that could be found at Wal-Mart yet 8 times the cost! We have been offered in store credit but there is absolutely nothing in the entire store that is worth putting in your home!

I have read a couple negative comments above and unfortunately there is bad anywhere you go these days. However, our experience with Bedland was excellent! In fact it was so good I ordered a second time from them and I am 100% satisfied!We bought our daughter a dollhouse bunk bed complete with both the twin memory foam mattress and the bottom full size mattress/box spring/frame. They delivered and set it up. Also gave us a disc in case we move so we would know how to do it ourselves. The men were complete gentlemen and I have no complaints. Thank you Bedland for your wonderful service :0)
