Just wanted to put a good word in for Will and Caleb. They installed a shower conversion and a liner for the bath tub. Both men did good work, worked hard, making for a job my wife and I can be proud of.

We had an excellent experience! Jim did a wonderful job laying out all of our options and giving us a clear picture of what the finished project would look like.Tyler, our installer, did an incredible job putting it all together! He was polite, friendly, and kept everything clean! Tyler made sure we understood what he was doing at each step so we felt involved and comfortable with the work he was doing.Tiffany and Jay in the office made sure everything worked on our schedule and helped get everything done in a timely manner! My pregnant wife is thrilled that a major job was taken care quickly and professionally, and with no fuss!

Will and Will installed a new walk in shower for us yesterday replacing a tub. It looks terrific, they were professional and worked hard to get it done in one day! We would use Bath Fitters Evansville again for sure!

My salesperson Doug was great! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He gave details of the process from start to finish and was able to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Bath Fitters to my friends and family!

The company may be a fantastic one, however, their salesman, Doug E. lacks professionalism, patience, communication skills, lack of regard for customer’s schedules, and work ethic. Salesman would not return my call, then proceeded to text me and when I didn’t respond immediately to him (as I have a job and work schedule and do have a work ethic) he proceeded to send me one final text message and then block me to where I couldn’t get an answer, once I got out of my meeting. If you decide to go with this company, I would highly suggest you work with someone other than Doug E!

We had a shower and tub installation. Tyler and Will completed the project and I could not have asked for better installers. They were very professional and respectful of our home and our time. They did quality work and were very responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend.

My installer William Van Hook, was very professional. His work was detailed and precise. He removed my old tub and found some issues. He quickly solved the problem at no extra cost or lose of time. I would recommend him to anyone needing a bathroom remodel!!

UPDATED November 1, 2023 ⭐️ 3.5 stars overallUnprofessional, not efficient, poor management, uncommunicative, & all around a bad choice.Full Details/TimeframeJuly 12 - First time Bath Fitter Tyler came it went fine. Put up new walls for the tub and installed a simple dry wall to get the shower enclosed.July 17 - They finished up a few more things and were going to put the new fitted tub over my old one. We ended up not doing it because the fitted tub was cracked in the corner! He said they would rush the remaking of my fitted tub & get back to me about schedulingAug 21 - I had to call them to check on the fitted tub & there was no news of WHEN it would be ready. This is about 6 weeks later…tub still isn’t done yet they “put a rush on it”. I waited 8 weeks for the first fitted tub to be ready! Asked about scheduling a guy to fix the width of the tub wall in the meantimeAug 24 - tub wall fixed…not the prettiest job, but I can live with it.Sept 19 - I called again to check on when my (remade) fitted tub would be ready. Nearly 10 weeks later at this point. Girl said it should be ready Monday and they’ll call to schedule then.Oct 6 - I called again. At this point I’m highly annoyed that NO ONE has reached out to me. It’s been around 12 weeks at this point. TWO MONTHS on a supposedly “one day install”. The girl told me my tub’s been ready & that she can schedule me. I’m angry at this news because not a single person called to tell me this or to coordinate schedules for the install. We scheduled it.Oct 10 - Finished putting in the (remade) fitted tub & fixed the corner shelving that was installed. Shelving was in the wrong corner from what I specified before install. Quick fix, but another example of their unprofessionalism. Update: Someone talked with me over the phone to ask how it was going.Oct 11 - Called Bath Fitter. Pointed out the new wall (that they just put over the first one they installed) was even more crooked than the first. Bath fitter said the manager is in tomorrow morning and that he would reach out to me. Want to know when I was called back? NEVER. The manager never got back to me. I’m done dealing with this wall problem at this point so I told them to just fix the wall siding that he detached for the second wall installOct 24 - Well. Another mistake. They fixed the wall siding with the wrong tub wall . Looks cheap, it’s crooked, there’s an obvious open space between the two pieces of walling, AND the caulking wasn’t redone.Oct 30 - Talked with the manager; I’ll be emailing him photos of the first siding put up and the replacement.Oct 31 - The siding was fixed and looks sturdy and good! Content with the overall look & settled on the uneven drywall. Nov 1 they called and offered to try the drywall a third time, but I don’t want any more problems so I opted out.Nearly 4 months later and this “one day install” is finally done. Bad experience & will not recommend this for anyone not in Evansville.Note: I live over an hour away from their location which likely played a part in the delay (Evansville to Jasper). Imagine the gas and time that was wasted going back and forth.Services: Bathtub refinishing

Serviceman arrived promptly at 8 AM to repair the shower water/temp control knob which is 10 months old and still under warranty. Upon use the first time following his visit to repair it, it broke. We will be contacting them again tomorrow.

Will K. and Tyler were on time and completely professional. They took what I thought was an impossibly depressing tub and shower and turned it into a gorgeous walk-in shower. There was no mess!Both installers were pleasant and fun to have in my home.Service: Bathtub replacement
