Purchased a used refrigerator that was delivered the same day. Initially had a cooling issue that they came out and fixed. Works great now. Recommend this place if you are looking for a good used appliance.

LADIES, PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW!!!I was cussed out & threatened by 2 trucks full of men who's job is to lift heavy appliances for a living. I did not feel safe. I was alone. At one point I felt that I had no choice but to get my firearm & tuck it under my shirt.Kyle was a blessing. He & another gentleman had come & they made me feel safer. It all started with the old man. He was rude, ignorant, & highly disrespectful. At the end of his life he chose to raise heck. My review was originally 5 stars when it was Barnetts.Now that their name has changed so did their services & respect. I paid $675 for a $275 refrigerator! I could have bought it new! IF YOU KNOW THAT YOU'RE NOT PLUMBERS WHY TRY TO DO A PLUMBERS JOB? Upon removing my old refrigerator one of the guys went in & broke the valve to the water line. I had water leaking under my floor.So, they called Kyle out to fix it. Kyle came to my home. As he trying to fix the issue the old guy was trying to speak in code to tell him to just cut it off (out of sight, out of mind) & just leave it. He kept repeating this as though I didn't pick up on it.First of all, my Daddy was a general contractor with a very lucrative business in Chicago before he passed???... As my Daddys daughter I am aware of how things work! Kyle (a good man) was ignoring him so, I spoke up! I threatened to sue if they did what that old man insinuating.When I spoke up the old man started cussing at me in my home! I made him leave! He proceeded to go outside & tell the other men that I've been "difficult." The fat guy that drives the white pickup truck started cussing at me from his truck window outside. Then, another group of men came out in a red pickup truck.Although delivery fee was promised to be $50 I called the woman to give her my card info to add another $100 when I saw everything the guys had to go through. Before I could even give her my card info all heck broke loose! Before I knew it I was out:$300 for the appliance$50 for delivery$325 for a plumber to come out & fix the issue.LADIES BEWARE!

They are now called "Bargain Hut". I guess changing the name makes all the bad reviews go away?Decided to save a few bucks and by used with a "warranty"First washer had a bad controller, I complained, asked for a refund, they offered another "that had been checked out", so I accepted. This one had water constantly dripping and grinds and howls when spinning out.I wanted a refund, they offered a 3rd washer and a "free rug". We refused. $260 lesson. Avoid at all costs.

I have bought multiple washers and dryers from here. Don't waist your time, they don't fix anything, they will sell it to you and once your 90 days are up the appliances will break. And this company will act like there's nothing they can do. Horrible place!!

Not friendly nor helpful. Would not buy anything from them. They seemed irritated we even came in.In response to the owner; we were in 3 weeks ago on Tuesday evening at approximately 5:30 pm.

These guys are crooks and thieves plain and simple. They sold me a shabby washer and dryer and the dryer didn't even work. The guy they sent to fix it fixed it just long enough to get me past the 30 day warranty and then knowing he was doing a terrible job they stopped selling appliances and refused to repair anything they sold before. NEVER buy from these so-called Christian jerks.

I payed 250 for a dryer that didn't work. They had no intention of a refund or a repair. Horrible customer service and shady business all the way around. I got ripped off for 250. It's no different than being robbed. Owner should be ashamed to treat paying customers the way they do.

My husband and I bought a refrigerator a couple months back. We have been in the process of moving and the fridge was going into the new house. The moment we started using it, it completely quits on us and we have to get a new one when we just spent 600$ on this appliance. We have purchased from there in the past but we will never go there again.

A bunch of con artists that only half a** fix things to run just long enough for the warranty to run out. The fridge we purchased literally caught fire because of the rigged job of wire splicing they did underneath. Called quite a few times to have it resolved only to be told it wasn't their issue now being that it was outside of the warranty by DAYS might I add. Save yourself the trouble and possibly a house fire. Take a your money elsewhere and get quality over price. Sad excuse of a business. I'll make sure everyone I speak to knows to avoid this place at all cost.
