“I've been banking with heritage for approximately 7 years or so. I began banking with them when I quit doing business with Fifth Third Bank here in Evansville. Fifth Third's ways of doing business with me displeased me enough I left them. Heritage has been ok but the new way they handle their phone banking is discouraging at best. If I came into any serious money right now, I would most likely find another banking organization to give my business to.”

“Be Wary of Credit Unions! They like to get you on fees! Normally your deposit if they are automatically deposited, go in the day before, bug if you are a family that goes from week to week depending on your deposits. Make sure you don't run low on cash in the bank. They live off of fees!!! It's a good place to deposit your money into either a Checking or Savings accounts or both! But they get you on fees, late fees not having enough money to cover withdrawals or bill payments! Ty!”

“Why would you change the ATMs so they take longer to use? With the old ATMs i could get my money and receipt in less then 2 mins. Now I have to wait for the machine between every single choice. Put the old one back. Or speed the new one up”
