I went in for a near steering wheel cover and was struggling to put it on when I got back in my car. I went back inside to exchange for a larger one, thinking I bought a size too small, when Enrique saved me the headache and explained it was SUPPOSED to be a tight/hard fit and helped me put it on! Thank you SO SO much for going above and beyond! =)

Was having difficulty with replacing my battery, Enrique not only helped me replace it, he was kind enough to (politely) show me what I was doing wrong in the process. Thanks again for pulling through and saving me hours of frustration!
