“Had a nice door ding on my black 2025 Lincoln Navigator. I called, got me in within 48 hours. Took 2 hours and looks like it never was there. The gentleman who did the work was very personal and i enjoyed talking with him. He went to the extended even cleaning my windows for me. LOL”
“I took my husband’s new 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander for an estimate for a dent on the passenger door from a shopping cart.
I had just been to another body shop with an estimate of over $800.00 to fix the dent.
Scott looked at the door and had one of his body mechanics try to tap out the dent.
In less than 5 minutes the dent was almost unnoticeable! When I asked what was the charge- he said I owed nothing.
I was shocked and amazed!
I did not expect it to be fixed for free.
There are truely some good people left in this world.
We have used Mills in the past for auto body work repairs and will continue and will definitely pass on their good work.

Gary not only took the car in and started on it as soon as insurance came out for an estimate, he stayed in constant communication with us the entire time. Super responsive, kind and trustworthy. We were so scared to trust our son’s car to someone without ever meeting them, but Gary took care of our son’s car and got him back on the road in a week. The only complaint I have is that Gary doesn’t live in Indy. I would trust this guy every time. Gary isn’t 5 stars, he’s 10.”

“These guys are great! Better than Safelite for sure! I priced several places around town and they have good competitive pricing. My car and the glass to repair it are pretty rare but they still got me in next day for a rear glass replacement and it was done by lunch! A few places I called couldn't even get the glass for it. Very good experience”

“Very good pricing. Consistent communication & work ethic. Always a pleasure to get my vehicle back with a clean bill of health. Well, this part of my review starts on 8/7/2025. Took vehicle to get brake rotors & pads. Which they did in not only a timely fashion, but for a decent price. But like I've not seen from these boys yet, I was astonished at the curve ball they flung at upon pick up. I got in the truck after hearing yeah, all good, no problems & a lug nut is in the cup holder. Didn't have much thought of it then & there. Got home, looked at receipt, noticed mention of needing lugnut for right rear. Took a look, right rear , 5 of 6 lugs on. Keep in mind all 24 lugs take a special anti theft socket. So try to put the lug on stud & beyond stripped. Threads gone at least 5 threads deep. So, bottom lu e, Bill says oh yeah forgot to tell ya, also you need to get a lug nut. Not a lug like that to be found no where.on line, off line”

My service advisor, Quentin, was friendly and professional. He explained the routine maintenance procedures and what to expect. I was floored when I was in & out in about 1.25 hrs. Not my experience at the Hyundai service department in Santa Monica, CA.
The entire service facility was clean and the waiting area was bright with lots of seating options and refreshments available.
Looking forward to a long relationship with them as my car is only 1.5 yrs old.”
