Good people, competitive prices for auto and renters insurance. The office personell are pleasant, professional and easy to deal with. Whatever kind of insurance you're looking for, they're worth checking out..one thing, though...the Erie insurance they work with only covers certain states. I asked a few years ago about coverage if you lived in Kentucky and they said no...other than that, I have no complaints.

In early December 2023 I took my Mother to see Brian at Archer Insurance. She hadn't looked into a new healthcare plan since 2008 so it was long over due. The staff at Archer were there to help Mom check all her 2024 Medicare/Medicaid options. Despite being down to the wire for Medicare's annual enrollment period they set Mom an appointment that fit her schedule. The process was easy and they kept Mom informed every step of the way. In the end she had a great healthcare plan, especially compared to what she had. She was very happy.

Have received nothing but the best customer service since switching over a year ago! I am saving money, and I have much better coverage. Lindi is always quick to respond, polite, and makes me feel like a truly valued customer! Cannot recommend Archer enough!

Not liking this place at all. $77 per month for only liability on an older car? Quoted and started insurance through a DIFFERENT company and got full coverage, rideshare included, rental car plus $300k limits on everything and IT COST HALF WHAT ARCHER ASKED FOR! This place is crooked, dishonest and deceitful. Sorry, I really wanted to rate them higher, but I simply can't due to the service and "help" I was given.
