“We moved here in June and have been nothing but impressed! Nicki was very helpful with the move in process. The pricing for the apartments is very fair, especially for an updated one. They keep the grounds clean, are friendly in the office, very convenient location, the complex is hidden away so there is very rarely a lot of noise, there is always parking available, and maintenance is amazing! Our air conditioner recently went out on a Saturday evening and I put in a work order and within the hour someone was there to put in a window unit to hold us over until Monday. The normal A/C was fixed that Monday morning. We were very impressed and grateful! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!”

Any problems just let them know and they're here right fix it the next day.I was worried about needing a cosigner moving here but I was accepted by myself since I work right down the road.My stay here, for past few months, has been leaps and bounds above my last apartment a couple blocks down the road.I'll be here for awhile.It's cozy, it's comfortable, it's quiet, there cats around that everyone loves....it's just a great place to be.I really wish I would've moved here first when I moved up here but either way I'm happy I'm here now.Great place.Rents due on the 1st but not late until the end of the business day on the 5th which is 1p times better than my last very slimy landlord Scott Grossman. It's even in his name....he's a Gross Man.Stay away from him and come here instead!”
“This is a decent little storage facility. They offer two different sized units. The entire storage facility is surrounded by a tall fence and entrance is accessed through a keypad gate. It is conveniently located on the West Side of Evansville.”

The office staff is super helpful and very nice! Maintenance is fast and helpful when it comes to any apartment issues!”

“Twin Towers had their 1st Arts & Crafts show on Oct 16th & it was a well attended affair. The all you could eat breakfast was spectacular for only $8 !! The club did a fantastic job & everyone seemed to have a good time. As a exhibitor I would return. Thanks for a good day.”
