I visited a friend there had hot tub n room. Was clean an front desk was friendly
Nearby activities: Nail spa close bank has station circle k adult entertainer club Subway CVS MetroPCS Goodwill Red lobster few blocks down AutoZone O'Reilly's it's a block away from a busy Street Green River road that leads to a lot of nice restaurants in to the City Mall
Walkability: You can walk to the gentlemen's club gas station Subway AutoZone nail spa Goodwill CVS is also a Samsung food and a storage unit
Food & drinks: You can definitely get food and drinks it said by Sam Southern soul food and the gas station

It's a room. To be pretty simple about it. If you need a place to sleep then... Sure. Our hotel room was dark and kind of dingy but it was clean and the sheets were fresh at least. The mattress was firm, which I liked, but the blankets were thin and the pillows kind of small. We were in a two double and each bed had two pillows. The bathtub was incredibly slippery though, and we didn't receive any conditioner, just shampoo. The room was also dusty enough that I found someone who wrote in the dust and itt had gone unnoticed which... I honestly found kind of funny so I'm not really upset about it but for those who do care: you might have a dusty room.We stayed one night which is probably what made this easier to deal with, the price was pretty low too. We didn't interact with staff much but they were nice and answered whatever questions I had. I was told there would be free breakfast when looking into this place, there was not. A massive disappointment since this was toward the end of our trip and we needed to keep things cheap.My total experience was less than great, but it's clean and you can rest here. I just wouldn't stay for more than a day and will likely be staying somewhere else if I ever pass through Evansville again. I wouldn't completely knock this place though, if you need something quick and cheap for the night, you'll have kind staff and clean rooms and sometimes that's all you need.Rooms: Dark. Firm mattresses. Thin blankets. Two pillows per double. One key card provided. Tap card to open doors. Slippery bathtubs. Dusty. Good wifi. Clean space. Good water pressure. No bugs. Vending machines. Guest laundry.

No conditioner, no breakfast despite being told there would be, some of the outlets were pretty janky and loose. We heard a scream at one point although I can't guarantee it was from inside the building. The beds were actually comfortable to me personally as I like firm mattresses. No bed bugs! The whole place does smell like stale cigarettes since it used to be a smoking building though.

I have been at this hotel many times over the last few years and every experience has been great I have a nice room the rate of always been wonderful wonderful and the staff are always helpful Some people seem to think that just because you're in a hotel you can do what you want say what you want and treat staff the way that you want that's not always true it's not always true but as far as America's best value ingos I give them 5 stars and 5 thumbs up wonderful wonderful place and I will continue to have my stays there there whenever I'm in Evansville

Clean room everything was nice was charged a double deposit because I extended my stay another night now here I am almost 3 weeks later still waiting on my deposit to be returned to my account when I called asking about it the person hung up on

Was not my choice of hotel was with other people. I wouldn't give this place a one star. It was disgusting. I seen a bug probably a roach on the walls in bathroom. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
