I have been going to Advent since the beginning of the year for my two rabbits, as they have to be seen by an exotic vet. Dr. Kilbane is fabulous and takes his time with both rabbits as they can sometimes be spooked easily in unfamiliar places. I adopted the rabbits and called and made appointments shortly after and they both caught two minor health issues that weren’t caught when I first adopted them. One of my rabbits had to get oral surgery to help with teeth that were growing too quickly and into the side of her mouth. She had to be sedated and sent home with medication and Dr. Kilbane called me on a Sunday when the business is closed and checked on how her recovery was going. I am so impressed and truly appreciate a doctor who cares about his patients. Prices are also very reasonable for check ups and any procedures for an exotic. Evansville is so lucky to have him! I had to add a photo of my bunnies who I soon hope to be bonded, I appreciate I have somewhere to go where I won’t worry about the care they receive.

Dr. Ramos is a wonderful vet. She is very gentle with my skittish cat, Ruby. The staff are very helpful carrying my cats in for their visits, which helps me because I can no longer lift them.

I take my therapy rabbit here to see Dr.Kilbane. Everytime I've taken her to him she always gets treated like a princess. He's been able to help me be a more proactive pet owner over all and has just been super nice and has taken care of both me and my therapy rabbit. My rabbit absolutely loves him and is actually excited to go see him. When we get to the vet office she gets alot of attention and loves getting to look around and hasn't had problems with the staff. So in my book that's a win! Also would like to add that They have pretty good prices in my opinion for pet appointments.

Fantastic veterinary clinic with fantastic staff. I went there as a kid with my parents taking their dog and I'm very happy to take my dog now as an adult. Excellent service and I always look forward to catching up with the staff! They've always been very respectful and kind.

It's been over a year, and I'm still pretty angry. My dog hurt her paw, was bleeding, not putting any weight on it; like something might be broken. Called these clowns; they wanted an extra $150 "EMERGENCY FEE" on top of regular fees and incidental charges. Best part? They couldn't see her for THREE DAYS! Doesn't sound like an "emergency fee" sounds like price gouging!! A huge THANK YOU to the Princeton Veterinary Hospital walk in clinic who diagnosed her with a broken toe, and fixed her up that same day ♥️. A huge SCREW YOU to Advent and your Profits Before Pets business model!!

I think this place is great at my own fur families vet services but I would just like to share something I witnessed at their office. While I was in the waiting room, a gentleman walked in to Advent desperately looking for someone to take a look at his very sick bird as he had been to other places that morning that couldn't help. Initially, Advent referred him to an emergency vet in Indy, however the staff talked the the veterinarian and the vet said he would take a look at the bird because he knew that no other place in town would. These people really went out of their way to help a desperate pet owner and it really warmed my heart and gave me some hope for humanity. Don't have an update on the bird but I hope they made it.

Way way way overpriced , really makes me sad they’d take advantage of people financially the way they do. Almost $800 for a teeth cleaning. Not to mention prices of everything else is pretty unfair as well. They do fine otherwise— but are seriously always trying to upsell things and get more money out of you every single appointment. Would rather go to a vet who puts animal care over cash— I know they are running a business & money needs to be made, but they should be ashamed of themselves charging what they do.

Please don't use his vet.... They are horrible and rude. When my cat was sick they said they would not see him again it's okay because they charged me $600 and did nothing and they lost his blood I mean how do you lose someone's blood they're very irresponsible there's too many vets in Evansville and please beware of this place Dr kilbourne needs to retire he's awful I turned him over to the better Business and the attorney general cuz I wanted my money back and they wouldn't give it back to me because they're selfish greedy they committed fraud because they didn't do anything for my cat and they're just horrible they need to be shut down

Dr. Kilbane and the staff have been so great with my hedgehog! Ziggy had an emergency and they squeezed us in the same-day. I am so grateful for them and their care.

Honestly if I could give 0 stars, I certainly would. Don't waste your time or money coming here... they never fix the issue and they tell you to keep coming back so they can do check ups and drain your bank account. Extremely expensive and so unhelpful. Look anywhere but this low life place.

Advent is the place to go if you want outstanding care for your pets. Both doctor Ramos and Kilbane are wonderful veterinarians who have your pets' interest in mind. Advent is not cheapest vet clinic, but they are not the most expensive either. As someone in the health field, I understand quality of care. Advent appears to strive for the "Gold" standard, which may mean they may want diagnostics (tests) to be performed, but that's a good sign! You should want a vet who wants to get to the bottom of the issue instead of just "throwing" things at issues. The team around the doctors are diligent, compassionate, and caring as well.
Please do not hesitate to go to Advent.
