“Exhaust broke on my vehicle, so I called Lee's because they were the closest to my residence. They told me to bring the vehicle in the next morning. I arrived at the specified time and they got me in immediately upon arrival. The mechanic inspected my exhaust, took a picture of the damaged portion of the exhaust to show me exactly what the problem was. The owner, Don, displayed the issue that was found on a computer screen, for my viewing, and gave me repair options.
He could have leaned toward the more expensive repair to make more money, but gave me a much cheaper option. Once I chose which repair was sufficient for me, the business owner shocked me as he went over and above the service anyone should expect.
Since I lived nearby, though I walk with a cane, I was still going to walk home and back again once my vehicle was repaired.
The owner, when he learned I was going to walk said he would have one of his team drop me off and pick me up when my vehicle was repaired and ready.
My vehicle was repaired within a very short time and I was back in it without any long delay.
What impressive service. I was equally surprised when Don told me what my repair bill total was.
I told Don that he earned my dedication as a customer and any vehicle service work I needed from here on was definitely his.
As far as I'm concerned anyone that needs any service that he provides would be foolish not to, at least get an estimate from him because he is reasonably priced and provides great service.”
