The office workers have always been pleasant with me, but they delivered a package to our house while we were gone and managed to break several tree limbs in our drive, go off the drive and leave big muddy ruts in the yard, and somehow leave a 5 foot circumference dead spot in the yard, complete with more tire ruts. Not sure how they did that.

Terrible and rude service. Amazon envelope put in my mailbox. The envelope was to have one pair of running socks but had nothing inside it. I was on hold for over 70 minutes waiting to talk to someone at Post Office. I drove there and was told they could do nothing and to contact Amazon was my only choice. I asked them nicely if they would please check their delivery truck as my package was not sealed and probably fell out in their truck. The guy working the counter did not indicate if this would be done or not. I asked if I could leave my name and number and he said “sure”. I wrote my information down and handed to gentleman and he said “cool beans”! He was rude and offered zero compassion. I was just asking for the courtesy of checking the delivery truck when it came in for the evening for the possibility of finding my socks. Poorest customer service ever!“

My in laws sent us a christmas card with a USPS money order. I went to this location to cash the $25 money order. The person working was acting like I falsified the money order. His words exactly were " the machine says the numbers aren't real and he also said as he was holding it up to the light, that it looks real but I cant tell, as if I gave him a fake money order. I was insulted and I instantly knew this was racially motivated. After a number of tries he finally got his machine to read the numbers and the transaction was completed. I will never go into this office again!!

Seriously. It is December 23rd and the last mail day before Christmas. Yesterday I only knew I had packages because Amazon marked them delivered. I went to the mailbox and they had been shoved into the parcel boxes on our apartment mailboxes, but the keys had been left in the parcel boxes rather than put in mailboxes. So with the boxes unlocked, I went through two of them to find my stuff. Today I have three packages marked delivered. They are for Christmas, of course. I went out to the box and all I have is a bill. No packages. I have no idea if they were delivered to the wrong box as our mail often is or if they were shoved into an unsecured parcel box again and someone thought they looked interesting and took them. I don't know why I can't count on our mail getting to the right place, but I'm very angry today. Unfortunately, the post office is closed and the national number won't let me speak to a person, which is also typical. To get anything fixed you have to physically go to the post office in the middle of the day and complain. Last year they put all of our mail in the wrong boxes at Christmastime. Our addresses are clearly marked in the boxes. It's tedious, but not difficult.

It seems like every time I go on there the employs are so grumpy. I went to pay for a stamp, knowing it would only be 40 odd cents but all I had was a $20 bill, the employ proceeded to ask me very loudly in front over every one else if i had anything smaller and say I was draining the drawer. This wasn't the first time something like this had happened.

Atleast once a month one of two things happens. 1. Someone that lives near me shows up with my package, having been delivered to the wrong address. 2. I have to make a trip to someone's house to give them their package that was left at my door. I don't know if they hired someone who was illustrate or suffers from dislexia to meet some sort of eoe standard. Or maybe their drivers are just lazy and/or stupid... but once again, I've just returned from giving my neighbors their package, and I'm standing on my porch looking at an empty spot where my 2 day delivery should be sitting. Guess what's not there...?
