The worst internet around. Can not watch one TV and one phone or two TVs always keeps buffering or goes off. I do not like this internet. Thinking about Star link

I had internet through them for a year. Internet is fine. However, if they can find a way to shake you, they will. After ending my service, they never sent me the return label to send the equipment back and are charging me $675 for the equipment. Everyone knows a single modem/router isn't worth even close to that. When I contacted them, they responded with one sentence saying they had sent the label. Asked them to send another then but nothing. Awful customer service. I'll update this review once my situation gets concluded.

Seth and Toby were great - some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They were prompt, communicative, informative and made sure that my order was the right product for my home. Also made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. That kind of transparency and honesty are refreshing and they represent your company extremely well. Made me feel good about being a Smithville customer!

Elza did a wonderful job during his service call to the house. Immediately identified and repaired the issue. Also, answered several questions I had throughout his time at the house. One thing I really appreciated was him sticking around to ensure the problem was truly resolved, he was not in a rush to leave and move on. Interestingly, this is the second full install he has done on two of our homes and both have been great. Would hope anyone who gets a service call gets him. Elza is a true pro and a great representative of Smithville!
