“I have been renting units from the East location since 2021 for both personal and business storage and have been more than pleased. They have units of all sizes and the website is up to date with their inventory so you can reserve them online, which is so convenient. I've had multiple units over the past few years while I moved, worked on remodeling projects and stored items for my business.The manager of the location, Meagan, has always been so helpful with my questions. You can tell that she cares for the property as if it were her own and has great recommendations when I needed help deciding what would work best for my needs.The gated system for after hours entry is one of my favorite features. I can trust that my items are safe and secure after business hours, but can access them as needed with my personalized access code.Overall, a great value and wonderful staff and systems in place. Highly recommend!”

“Easy to aquire, cheap, clean, very good condition, perfect location close to highway and close to all sides of town, property kept in nice shape, can access anytime and ample amount of cameras to catch all proper angles. Units already ours has vaulted ceilings so it's basically 10x15x15 it's like having 1 1/2 units . Best storage lot in Bloomington by far! You won't be disappointed!”

“Easy set up over the phone. I'm just storing excess household stuff after a move to a smaller place so I got a 5×5 unit and they let me waive the insurance. Easy to sign digital documents for the contract. I was immediately in the system because when the email with the code didn't come through (spam filter maybe?) I got it through the automated phone system. I was able to speak to the local manager quickly to get a map. I love that they provide a lock because I panicked when i got there and realized I didn't think of getting one. The unit holds all my stuff with space leftover so I think that's ?? great.”

“Decent self storage. Indoor units are clean and dry, I did not use the outdoor units. There are heavy duty carts to load and unload your cargo.Access to the loading bay is convenient and the digital code system on the doors makes getting in and out very easy.The only drawback about Storage Express is that it can often be very busy during peak times of year. The location makes it a popular spot and sometimes you won't get able to find a loading bay to use. I have never seen it busy early in the morning.”
“It's a pretty standard storage facility. I rented an indoor unit and it was nice. They also offered a free cart/ dolly that was a life (and back!) saver.My only issue is that the facility has no outlets and no bathrooms. I understand why, as they don't want people living in the facility, but I had to make several trips to my unit (coming from a state away) and spend hours reorganizing as I removed things from my unit, and it was inconvenient having to leave just to find a public restroom, or charge my phone in my car.If you just need somewhere to store extra things, this is a good pick. But if you're like me and were moving but needed to store things to retrieve later, make sure you use the restroom beforehand and that your phone is charged.”
