Russ was super helpful to us during both of the big snow storms of 2025, and advised us on how to get our driveway prepared so the propane truck could safely drive down our driveway. Once we got our driveway properly prepared he got us on the delivery list and we received propane both times when our tank was close to empty.

I'm a long time customer. Service is usually good, but I've been waiting for almost 3 weeks now for them to deliver propane. When I call they just say they are backlogged. Wondering if i need to call elsewhere as my tank is getting low.
