I needed a charger for my phone so I stopped by Verizon. Pablo! The guy that checked me in. And he took other people that came after me. And did not help me at all. I guess I'm not the customers he's used to. I went back in the morning. Tuesday Dec 5 and Dre and Brian were Awesome they both helped me out and answered all my questions. ? for the Tuesday crew.

Hard to believe I'm being asked to stand here for half an hour on a broken foot trying to get them to fix an issue I came in twice in person weeks ago to make sure wasn't going to happen.Verizon,Bang up job offering awful places for your long wait line of humans to fight for even a place to sit! I'll just leave this negative review here for you as my show of appreciation, I could throw up and CRY at this level of extra pain 3 days before my surgery despite being in contact multiple occasions to prevent this. What a wonderful parting gift, a lasting memory to avoid this company.

I needed to upgrade my old phone. When I arrived it was busy, but the employees were efficient and fast. A special thanks to Morgan, the employee who helped me. She was extremely helpful answering all my questions and had such a positive and professional demeanor.

Service is awful around town. Store employees had to take phone and stand against front window to get sufficient service to activate phone.

We joined the waitlist and were told that we were next. There were 4 reps helping other people, 3 reps became available at the same time. You would think that means that it is our turn, right? Wrong, it means that the 3 available reps go to the back and we wait longer. I would give no stars if that were an option...

I’ve literally had to walk out of the store two different times because I don’t have all day to sit around and wait for them to laugh. Giggle have personal conversation with a customer instead of getting them in and out the door. Wireless cell phone service is not about finding out whether or not your customer has a bowel movement or not cell phone service. It’s getting a personal cell phone resolving issues and getting them out the door. Not laughing for an hour and a half. I find it that Verizon wireless customer service is the same across the board not just in the Elkhart store but also over the phone and then every other store that represents Verizon Wireless I was with Verizon wireless for 11 years and stop going through Verizon wireless and went to straight talk.

Verizon is the absolute worst phone provider. Continuous billing long after canceling phone accounts even when everything says 0 balance. Costumer service and even the 1800 Verizon numbers are all dead line's. The only thing that is sure to cancel right away is your my Verizon account. Then with no way to manage your account and no customer support.... The billing continues and there's nothing you can do but change your banking information. There a small girl with glasses that works here. Today she told me it would cost an extra $30 for them to set up a phone I literally just bought from them. They put on the screen protector, but set up cost "extra". Pretty sure she's just a bad staff member trying to scam me Cuz that's never happened to me. Watch out for that. The verison in Middlebury has a better staff. They will help you set up phones after you buy them. You actually don't even have to buy your phone from them, they will just help you for free. Go to Middlebury, stay away from Elkhart.
