Quite possibly the worst excuse for a car dealership in the state of Indiana. Drove an hour and 40 minutes with cash in hand to purchase a car and they knew we were coming and we got there to pick up the car and it didn't have enough gas to barely make it to the gas station and they refused to put fuel in the vehicle before we paid for it. The attitude that this man and his staff has and how they treat a customer is beyond mind boggling that there's still in business. I wouldn't send my 1st ex wife to these people to buy a car. Worst of the worst.

If I didn't absolutely have to give them a 1 star in order to post this, I wouldn't have. Garbage customer service, trash attitude from the seller, ZERO gas in my car AFTER handing over a 9k check lol Will never go back & literally already told all Police officers to look elsewhere for cars. Disrespectful and audacity is clearly on sale with this place. The paperwork guy was nice but he did nothing to help. 0 out of 10 do NOT RECOMMEND. Throw the whole place in the trash looks like a run down shack/shelter for homeless people ?

Made an appointment to look at a car drove 2 hours and then they tell me the car needed repairs and it didn't run. Not to mention had to wait an hour because nobody wanted to show up to work. Pathetic people, pathetic car lot.

Drove two hours to buy a car that was never mentioned or posted that it didn't run, got there and had to wait over an hour for someone to show up. nobody knew wtf was going on, nobody had an answer as why it wasn't mentioned the car didn't run, all they could say was who did you talk too? I asked the day prior if it came with a paper plate to impose that I was serious about buying and driving it home same day. Even did it to another potential customer while I was there. lmfao pathetic

I’m big in looking at reviews. I checked Val autos review and they had great reviews. We wanted to look around for a family vehicle and found one here. Everyone was kind, and very polite. I would highly suggest them to others. Specially if my husband is happy. We are very happy with the office people for being very welcoming. Specially down to Max <3
