The store had all of the moving supplies and equipment on display but it could have been organized a little better. The U-Haul worker was courteous, helpful, and explained everything quickly.

Terrible experience. The guy working wasn’t willing to help me because they were close to be closed. He didn’t want to do his job. I will never use this u-haul again.

Marty fixed my order and was extremely helpful and patient with my frustration. The problem is U-Haul online and the corporation itself. If you ever use U-Haul, go straight to your local stores.

I needed a hitch and wiring put on my van. They got me in, in less than a weeks time. Josh did amazing and all the staff there is amazing as well. Didn’t cost as much as another place I had been quoted and the other place was 4-6 months out. Highly recommend if you need a hitch!

Great experience! Had a kerfuffle with my debit card and he figured out the problem and corrected it. Friendly, courteous, and professional.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We asked a few questions about milage and hours of operation at a different location. And because of those questions.. HE WOULDNT RENT TO US. because they have uhauls that have been stolen. His business loss has NOTHING TO DO WITH OUR QUESTION. smh..

Very rude and unprofessional people working there. We smell alcohol so one of the employee was drunk at 9am! We show up for U-box and they were swearing because we are not born Americans. Do not use this location!!!!

I have to give this store 5 stars! The staff were courteous and helpful. Knowledgeable and efficient. We had had a bad experience at Dawn’s UHaul on Toledo Road and this store was amazing! Highly recommend!

We rented a truck to move from WA to ME. We stopped due to ugly bald tires. This manager was so incredible. He got our tires changed out ASAP and found us lunch while we waited. This may be the only decent U-Haul location left in America. I trust him with my family's life. Thanks for being there in a dangerous situation.
