I hate the process of buying a car. I'm fine with the car when it's all done most of the time, but hate going through the special made up fees and the push for upgrades, buy this warranty. That's not my experience with Heart City. Heart City is very clear and easy to deal with, very upfront. When I picked up the truck it was perfectly detailed. Thanks Eric Miller!!

We had a lovely experience working with Richard Cripe, he got us a wonderful vehicle for a great price and was very kind, funny, and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend him and the dealership!

I was looking for a truck and came across Heart City Toyota. Eric, my sales guy was awesome to work with. Delivery took a bit longer than expected but wasn't Heart City's fault at all. Once I got the call my truck was in my experience in delivery was better than expected. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Eric and his intern made the process quick and fun! 10 stars across the board.

I wish I could give 10 stars! Donovan was my salesman, and he was perfect for me. Being my first time purchasing from a car lot, I was quite nervous; as I expected I would have to deal with some level of pushy sales tactics. Nope, not at Heart City Toyota! Kudos also to the sales manager, Harold, who made the signing (well, initialing) my life away smooth and anxiety-free! The FINANCING they got me was phenomenal TOO! Thanks guys!!

Their auto repair department exceeded my expectations completely and made the process of getting my warranty honored and car running perfectly again with $0 out of my pocket. Such good customer service, I will continue to bring my service here. Way better than the Toyota in Mishawaka!!!!

As good an experience buying a car as it gets. Ron Bogle was my salesperson and he was great in every way. Very knowledeable, friendly and patient. The dealership itself is well run, and they took care of a few details with the vehicle prior to sale very quickly. In addition they were very diligent about sanitation and distancing for covid. Would not hesitate to shop here even in this trying time. Very positive experience- this is actually a return visit. I would return again.

Heart City Toyota Last night I went to heart city to check out a Toyota 4 runner.. I brought my 04 Silverado to get an estimate on the trade in (which kelly blue books at 4500 in poor condition) my truck runs great it just has some rust here and there but it also has only 151k miles on it.. well anyways when I said I was interested in a trade in they said "ok give us your keys" so I gave them and they were sent off... I wasn't even offered to be a passenger in my own truck they just took it.. I was very uncomfortable with that because I don't know what they are doing in my truck and I wasn't sure if I had left anything valuable in there.. well anyways they came back and offered 500 dollars for my truck.. what an insult.. so I get up to leave cause I'm done having my time wasted and go and get in my truck to leave and the brakes don't work.... I've had my truck 2 years and drove it 20,000 miles and never had an issue with my brakes.. plus I had just drove to heart city from Niles mi so about a 40 minute drive.. i definitely had brakes when I got there and the guy who drove my truck somehow blew them.. I wouldn't be so mad if I had been in my truck and seen what happened but I didn't.. and also I wouldn't be so mad if they had let me known before I left! I found out because I tried to leave and when we realized our brakes didn't work! So we go knock on Toyota's door (which is locked now) and the man that drove my truck answered the door so we said "hey what happened to our brakes" which he said he doesn't know and got very standoffish like he was scared and acted like it was that way when we brought it.. he was very snappy and shoulder shruggy just very unprofessional.. he told us there was nothing he could do and to find a ride home and he left. So here we are stranded at heart city with busted brake lines waiting for a ride and a tow truck and apparently were the assholes they are blowing me off and telling me I took it there like that.. Moral of the story is if you go here and you want to do a trade in on your vehicle and they go drive it.. GO WITH THEM! I have no idea if this guy did 100 MPH in my truck and stomped the brakes or what happened but I'm pretty upset they tried to say I brought it like that.. I'm gonna go test that 4 runner again and slam those brakes and offer them 500 for it rant over

Definitely worth the quick read: drove a total of 5 hours....didn't buy the car(because of my mistake)...and may be taking the drive back to do business with these guys because they're class acts. Rich...Kent...can't rave enough about you two. I can't believe how incredibly I was treated at Heart Toyota and I didn't even buy a car there(yet). My story is a unique one. I'm in the car business(service) and have been searching for the perfect car. I settled and was determined to get the exact car I wanted. After a few online searches I came across a particular Toyota Camry I wanted. I was working with a dealership and they were willing to bring the car to the Chicago area so I can purchase it through them. Later on that day I received a call from Richard after he received some information from truecar about a car I showed interest in. There was something about him that let me know immediately that he was a genuine guy. He gave me a price on the car that was by far the best price I had received from any other dealer. He was a straight shooter. I let him know I'd contact him the next day on if I was interested. I decided I wanted the car. I was willing to make the almost 3 hour drive(with traffic) if he could get the car ready for me and guarantee the price. He assured me and I was off on my journey. Once arriving I was greeted by Rich. He showed me the beautifully prepped car. I was in love. He insisted I drive the car. Took it for a quick spin around the lot and I thought this was it..... I then realized that over looked a key feature I wanted in the car. A simple panoramic sunroof. I realized this when I stepped out of the car and looked at the roof. I immediately felt crushed. I drove 3 hours and kept these guys here late so I can buy this car.....and the first thing Rich let me know was that if this isn't the car for me...don't buy it. I almost bought it out of guilt and frustration. My lack of research on the vehicle just had me waste 5 hours of my day. Richard told me he wouldn't want to sell me a car if I was going to regret my decision. There wasn't a single time where he tried to push me to buy the vehicle. A few minutes later I spoke with the general manager Kent. He introduced himself and assured me to buy the car I wanted and not to settle for something that wasn't going to make me happy. Again....not pushy. They offered to locate the vehicle I wanted and have one brought to their dealership for a future purchase. The courtesy these two gentleman showed me was very impressive. It was the same way I'd treat a guest at the dealership I work at. Because if these two guys I may just have to make that drive again simply to do business with them.
