We have had an excellent experience with Tuma at Lazy Days Elkhart. We needed warranty work which she facilitated professionally. She communicated with us clearly and with amazing speed. Thanks to Tuma we will be camping with our repaired camper soon!

We tried to buy a fifth wheel from Lazy Days. We had to put $1000 down on the unit. When we went to install the hitch on our truck we could not do it. We let our salesman know and asked if they had any travel trailers available. They did not have anything for us to look at. We had to cancel the sale. We had asked for slide toppers on the fifth wheel we were going to buy. According to the salesman they had a hard time getting the toppers in. But in the mean time the office called and said we could pick up our fifth wheel. We said we weren’t able to purchase and asked for the down payment back.The office told us the $1000 we put down was not refundable any longer because of the slide toppers we asked for. Which were not even shipped yet. Needless to say we lost $1000 and did not get a fifth wheel, trailer or slide toppers! They got $1000 for nothing! Be careful of Lazy Days RV! They took our money with no regard that the money would have been helpful to us!!!

We took the Beacon RV that we bought from Lazy Days, Minneapolis to Lazy Days, Elkhart for warranty work. Tuma in service has awesome to work with! The problems have been addressed. Tuma has gone the extra mile to arrange for transportation to Truma Co. for a point of demand water heater install. Then to Quality Restorations to get the new heater door painted. We couldn't be happier with her and team!

We had a very good experience with Lazydays RV, starting with our salesperson Mik, getting us the price we liked to the financial person getting us the interest rate and payment we liked. The service group went through the RV and taught us the new workings everything went great

Our experience with Lazydays RV in Elkhart IN couldn't have been any better. Our salesman Scott Barlag was very easy to work with. Stephanie was very nice and completed the paperwork for us. Brandon was very knowledgeable as he explained our new camper to us. Bailey and Samantha made sure we received all of the paperwork that we needed through the mail. We will recommend Lazydays RV in the future.

These staff at Lazydays RV of Elkhart were amazing and great to work with. My salesman, Ryne Balentine, was the best, answered all of my questions and when he didn't have the answers he researched and got the answers, top notch from start to finish. The service department walked through and explained how the RV worked and how to hook up safely. Brandon and Matt went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our new RV. Thank you Lazydays RV for making us feel totally comfortable with the deal we received .

We bought a travel trailer from Lazydays RV and had a great experience. They did accidentally order the wrong hitch but they fixed it immediately and sent us the right parts at no cost to us. We were overall very impressed and would happily purchase from them again.
