I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I walked in with my daughter and asked if they could see us both for a pedicure, and they said yes. However, they then told us it would be a 30-minute wait, which was frustrating since we were on a tight schedule to pick up my other daughter from school. I clearly communicate this to the front desk.
To save time, I decided to have just my daughter get a manicure instead. For then we proceeded to wait 25
minutes for her to get seated for this. I specifically asked which colors were regular polish, as my 12-year-old does not need gel or powder. They assured me the color I picked was okay for regular polish. However, they proceeded to put gel polish on my daughter. By the time I noticed, they had already applied one layer.
I immediately requested that they soak the polish off instead of using the drill, as I was concerned about the potential damage to my daughter’s nails. Despite my specific request and my daughter telling them multiple times, they continued to use the drill. This blatant disregard for our instructions was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
I would not recommend this salon due to their lack of attention to customer preferences and poor communication. The cherry on top is that the manicure was messy, poor quality, and uneven.

Staff rude and unprofessional... called days ahead for reservation, went to appointment and they lied and said we never made one! I honestly do not recommend!!

I got acrylics taken off and a gel manicure. You can't even tell that I had acrylics. Maria did a great job! I'll definitely go back to see her specifically!

I don’t recommend this place. The ladies were rude from the start and acted like they did not want our business. She then told me that it would be 65.00 for a basic set as I was looking at the pricing board that clearly stated a different price. I asked and she told me pricing went up. Needless to say I did NOT get my nails done here. I will gladly give my business to someone who has respect and wants the business.

I have gotten dip manicure nails done here twice and a pedicure once. The pedicure took about an hour and was $30. The dip nails take anywhere from 1-2 hours and cost $50.
This place is nice but always super busy. Appointments by the phone are not great, sometimes no one answers. If you would like to make an appointment I suggest doing it in person. If you don’t make an appointment, walk ins are accepted but can be anywhere from a 0-30 min wait depending on how busy they are. If you are getting anything special like French dip or a full acrylic set I suggest making an appointment or allowing extra time for a walk in.
The service here is not stellar but for the price it’s pretty good! It looks pretty clean to me but maybe not the cleanest. The women are friendly, for the most part. I did have some issues with bleeding for both of my dip appointments but I also don’t take care of my nails at all so not sure if that’s normal or not. As well, the first time I got dip it was very thick and not as good as the second time I got it with a French. Seems to be lady dependent.
If you’re on a budget, this place is for you. If you want 5 star service I would try another place.
Edit: I feel pained to have to edit my review but I feel it’s warranted. After I received my French dip, within 4 days it was already chipping. After a week, it was brown due to the old top coat used on my nails. This he completely ruined this place for me. I’m ok with cheap but it does have to hold up a little. Conversely, I went to another salon in granger and it’s day 10 with a French dip and I have no chips or discoloration. Come here at your own risk, even for regular nail Polish as my pedicure is also now chipping.

I wish 0 stars were an option. By far the worst service ever. The lady that “greeted” us at the door was rude…we should have walked out then as the foreshadowing for the rest of the experience was summed up in the first 3mins…go across the street. Save yourself the time, energy & money.
