Got a flat tire at home… my husband messaged our insurance company and Tim Miller showed up quick. He was very thorough replacing our tire, had wonderful customer service, and even started our other car and checking the leak in the tire for us in no time. We are so grateful! Thank you Tim!

Bursting a tire is a terrible experience .. but with the right help , it doesn’t have to be. Tim not only answered all my questions , he was soooo nice !! I’m sad I lost a tire but so happy Tim was the one to help me .! 100 out of 10 !!

Tim was able to extract the stripped nut in under 2 minutes. The last time I had a problem with my Jetta nut being stripped, it cost $150 to fix bc the mechanic said he had to use heat and an excessive amount of time. I was only charged $50 at TCB and he saved me so much time and money. Customer service was amazing!Service: Tire change

Not really a great day when you need a tow, but Tim made our experience easier and took alot of the stress away. He was accurate in timing, flexible with our circumstances, and very friendly overall. TCB had a fair job quote and worked directly with our insurance company, which was also a big deal to simplify for us. Even though the circumstances weren't ideal TCB made our day much easier to navigate and I'd definitely recommend them for any towing/transport needs!
