This company will come rip your yard up without notice and then have the audacity to tell you that they don't have to inform you of when they will come fix it. They nearly gave my 90 year old neighbor a heart attack because they didn't want to inform her of the work they were doing. I had the rudest woman, Amanda, call me to let me know that they don't have to tell us anything. Terrible business model, and horrible customer service.

I'm a very happy costumer. I can game online in the living room and my son stream a game in his room. All the while my wife is streaming a show on her phone. Having a service that can handle the data easily. No lagging at all and it's extremely affordable.

When they installed internet the 'technician' drilled right into my siding to run the cable.True story - he didn't ask me if that was ok - of course it's not ok to drill into my siding - and just ran the cable a few feet above the ground attaching it to my siding.I'm furious and disgusted.What sort of person does something like that without asking the homeowner?Very unprofessional and now I have dozens of drill holes in my siding that I will have to some how try to fix.I would never recommend this company no matter the price nor the speed of the internet - very, very 3rd rate and unprofessional.

I had them come out to set up new internet almost two weeks ago. The guys that came out said there was an issue and a tech would need to come out and that they would call me to make an appointment. And I even got a text saying the same; that they would call to schedule. I called the next day cause.. internet. And the guy on the phone said he would escalate the request and they would call me to set up an appointment. Still haven't heard anything. I get its the holidays but come on!! At least call me and give me a date and time! Tied calling twice and leaving a message but right when the "beeeep" is supposed to happen, it just hangs up on you. If you work for surf, call me and set my appointment!!!

We don't have Surf but they have been digging in our neighborhood for a few months now & we have lost our land line phone line use 3 times in the last month and a half. Each time it takes Frontier a week or so to come out and fix the problem or it "mysteriously" fixes all on its own. Not real thrilled.

Can't even use basic streaming services on our "high speed" fiber optic internet. Paying for 400 mbs and can barely pull 12 mbs.

The tech patiently answered all of our questions, and helped us with set up. We have great signal all through the house. We did get one extender. Our house is an older home and signal didn’t travel well from one end of the house to the other. But that’s all it took and it’s fantastic. This is less expensive than other providers as well. I like that it is buried cable and not overhead. We had it installed end of September. All has been great.

We were very excited to have Surf Internet as our provider. Our old service was super slow and often sporadic.The new internet speed is lightening fast.The contracted installation crew was spectacular, They were very knowledgeable and focused, fast yet very accommodating and thoughtful.We are totally happy.

We've had Surf since they came to our neighborhood last summer. Service has been reliable for the most part and customer service has been awesome! Did have an outage that a tech fixed the next day. Service remained rock solid since. This is the first ISP I've seen with a price lock. This is a big deal because your rate never changes if the price goes up. Love it!

Best ISP I have ever had. Lightning fast download/upload speed. No outages detected over the past 6 months unlike Comcast which seemingly had at least one outage a week. I am one happy camper!

Very disappointed with the install crew... poor communication and very unprofessional, no respect for other people's property. The guy who installed the box, especially. Walking around in the house with dirty work boots on carpeted floors and randomly sitting on the furniture. We've been waiting for weeks to have the cable buried and finally when someone arrives to do it, they end up leaving again because the installation crew had run the cable between a bunch of trees where the machine won't be able to get through. They sent someone out to reroute the cable, but I'm still waiting for it to be buried.

I have had the service for a little over a year and do not regret leaving Comcast. The service is wonderful. We have nine people in our home- two are serious gamers, the littles are serious binge watchers of streaming services, and many other devices that depend on the internet. All can be functioning at the same time without lagging. Also my payment has stayed the same the entire time AND I do not get billed extra for using more data. I ampaying almost $50 less per month for faster more reliable service. Bear in mind that was the savings when we left Comcast- I am sure the price for Comcast has gone up in the past year.

We just recieved hook-up and service yesterday and is amazing speed! So happy I can cancel my old service and put away my ethernet cable that ran throughout my house
