the food is good most of the time, really depends on who’s making the sandwich. the young blonde lady is really cheap with the subs, barely puts any food, acts like it’s coming out of her paycheck. and one incident, a kind old man placed coupons for other customers to use, the lady came and took away the coupons with an attitude so others couldn’t use them. really shows her personality. however, the older lady knows what’s up when making the sub. fills my sandwich till it can’t close, always gotta open a new bottle of sauce, we love her. whoever you are, thank you for countless nights of subway, and for the witch, learn from her.

Normally, this location is pretty good! Easy 4 stars! Tonight, however, I was cheated out of most of my sandwich.I placed an order through the app for pick up. I get home, open my sub, and find it to have: a single layer spinach leaves, barely any meat, I counted a total of 6 black olives, and only 4 cucumber slices (three on one half of the footlong). All of these items were requested to be one the sub, and More had been selected on the black olives. This is not acceptable.

Horrible customer service by a lady named "birdie". She was extremely rude and over charged me. I asked why the coupons were not added and she looked at me like I was stupid. They didn't want to do anything about it. I will never come back. This is not the first time I have had this experience at this location.

Got subs for family on May 4th. Bread was soft which means it was fresh.Veggies were fresh. Everything was made right, the store upon entry is super clean staff was super friendly. Will definitely be dining there again.

Went to this Subway location this past Wednesday night and service was awesome! The 2 girls that worked there were so very friendly and its so appreciated these days when times are harder for everyone. Plus the quality was so much better than usual! I got 3 subs and they were all delicious my family and I agreed that it was the best we have had from Subway in a long time! Just wanted to give recognition to the awesome employees that made our meal and evening wonderful!

I usually don't do this because I understand how hard people work in customer service but this was not it. My mother and I were going to get lunch here and it started nice with the first lady who had glasses. She was patient and just generally decent. Then the second one came out. She gets our wraps and when my mom asks for double meat she gets snooty and says they can't do that but she'll do deluxe. Then as they're going down the line whenever my mother asks for more of something she complains and says how do you expect me to wrap this. At this pointe and my mother are annoyed. No one wants to not only be shamed for their food but also be treated like a child. Then they do my salad and she starts complaining again telling me you need to get the veggies first like 5 times when I'm confused because I've never had it done that way. She packs it literally half full for a 9$ salad. Yeah needless to say I'll never come back. Though the one off of county Rd 17 is SO much nicer. They pack your food and they talk to you like human beings.The employee was wearing a name tag that said Jacky.
