I placed an online order I didn’t get what I ordered and the sandwich was completely falling apart to the point you couldn’t even pick it up. I paid for extra to get bacon none was put on I tried talking to them about it they got an attitude about it this was after a few times of coming here and the same thing happening. This place used to be great and had good staffing the service quality everything has gone bad. I’m spying $11 for a sandwich I can’t even pick up to eat? Or have all the stuff I paid for.

WHAT A MESS. Not at all what we ordered, the guy was rude and disrespectful when we went in to pick up our order. We went to the car and came back in when we realized we didn’t get our drinks. We go back in and he told us we didn’t order drinks. He went back to check the receipt and rudely said YOU JUST GET A SMALL. Our sandwiches look terrible missing half of what we wanted on them. Never going back.

I ordered a Turkey bacon footlong in the drive thru. They gave me only 3 pieces of Turkey and roast beef (which I did not order). The workers were rude. To top off my bad experience I had a coupon for a 7.99 footlong meal and found they charged me $19 when I looked at my bank account. All for a piece of bread with 3 slices of Turkey. Do not recommend this subway!!!

Unfriendly workers with attitudes. Subpar food. I knew I shouldn’t have went through the drive-thru but against my better judgement I did, and I regret it now at this point. Lady on the speaker was rude and rushed me while ordering and didn’t even make my sandwich the way I instructed her. I remember now why I don’t use this subway in particular.

Just picked up my online order- I had ordered two subs with CHICKEN. They gave me beef? I’m not sure what the heck it is but it is NOT chicken and then there was olive in there too? My sandwich def didn’t include olives! Not a happy camper. Better off ordering in person and watching them prep it!

Ordered online .. and when I got back and opened the sandwiches it had the wrong meat! I think they gave me some kind of chili cheese steak meat.. I ordered chicken. Super happy and worst of all.. there was BARELY ANY of the meat they did give me!! And there was a random olive in my sandwich!

My Sub was not prepared the way I asked. It was the opposite and they gave me a drink without ice and was sarcastic when I asked why they didn’t put ice in it. Never going to that Subway again!!!!

After they had messed our sandwiches up yesterday and a worker told us that we could just come in whenever it take our name down in the book to come back to get our sandwiches replaced.... A worker that was working today when I showed up decided that she would have to call the manager and then the district of general manager in order to get three pitily sandwiches replace okay so she wasted 20 minutes of our time and everybody in line behind this time and probably cost the company money because I'm sure that customers left doing all that when she could have just took it and replace don't like our name was at the book it said to do so and made all sorts of customers happy and not gotten this bad review thank you Raegen
