i went their buy shoes myself and service very bad they not trust the customer if they select their own choice. I select one pair and size after select different pair i check size and walk around to check comfortable after that i check pair for my wife i select one pair i wait and think to buy employ call police i steal pair this customer service very bad and rude. i suggest never go that place this is very disgusting customer service and business in elkhart i think stay away that people's need to shut down business

Best customer service I've experienced! I'm very indecisive when it comes to picking out shoes because I can never decide then end up leaving with nothing. But there was an employee with a beard that I want to say his name tag said "Bill" that was definitely very helpful and super kind! He helped answer all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed or like my questions were dumb and I ended up leaving with 2 pairs of shoes! Definitely will be coming back in the near future:)

Shoes are expensive. Even with sale the shoes start at $35, sandles $23. Not much selection. But, good helpers.

The lady who was running the store was VERY helpful. She was out to make sure that I got what I wanted. She even put my shoes on tied them. We tried on many shoes and found what I liked. I came out of there with 2 pairs of shoes. She was awesome

Rude customer service. Was trying to exchange some shoes and the lady said I was going to steal when obviously I wasn’t. The lady even tested me about my information when trying to exchange. Won’t ever be coming back. Very low selection anyway so I will be purchasing off amazon.
