My husband and I have had nothing but fantastic service! Serenity has gone above and beyond when it has come to answering questions and helping get my husbands bipap set up, printing and sending out sleep reports, and later delivery and set up of oxygen. I was traveling through the area and when I went to bed last night part of my CPAP head gear was broken. I went to Serenity Home Medical and fix my problem. Great service and very friendly!! Thank you!

After having no luck getting ahold of anyone else nearby, I found Serenity on Google and I'm so glad I did. I called and they took the time to answer any questions I had. Within 3 days of my initial call, I had an appointment and got my new CPAP that quick. They were beyond helpful during the entire process.
