Not all things go as planned. The day I bought my Ghost, a construction vehicle dropped equipment into traffic causing me to run over the materials that then became wedged under the driver side ruining several compartments, paint, fiberglass, both exhausts, etc. Just as the work was almost completed at Custom, the roof started leaking inside. Custom RV has been nothing but professional during times of high stress, employee loss, sickness, parts backorder, etc. They have managed the two claims on my coach flawlessly. I live ten hours away and I highly recommend Brian and his team of highly skilled professionals. Highly recommend.
