We bought our deck supplies through this company a few months ago and called back to inquire about a matching gate. Brandon (the manager) is not only rude but decides it is not a priority to call his customers back as well. You should never have to keep following up with a business . It shows they do not care. We Definitely regret using them and won’t be for future use. Customer service matters!
