This morning I had a new GE range delivered and installed by this business. A polite, professional three man crew arrived, as promised, on a date that worked well for me. They gave a 30 minute call before they arrived and were prompt. My old stove was removed first. They carefully got the old stove out and the new one worked into a small space. This crew was very polite and professional. I appreciate a job well done.

Ordered a dishwasher on Wayfair early June 2024, RAS Logistics set up delivery for June 19. Truck driver called to say he had a flat tire—very nice and was sorry I wouldn’t get my delivery. Said his boss would call me following morning. No one called for days. I finally called on a Wed and was scheduled for Fri…did not get delivery Fri. No calls or emails. Nothing. Called and they said sorry, it’s now scheduled for the following Wed!! So I’m THIRTEEN DAYS past my original delivery date and they have done absolutely NOTHING to contact me or make this right. It’s the same sentence over & over “I’m sorry this has affected your delivery..” and “I just got back from vacation so I don’t know what is going on..” So if you call RAS and get JESSICA or KIM, they have no power to actually DO anything. I will be contacting Wayfair about this company—I don’t think this is the type of Logistics/delivery company they want to continue doing business with. Buyer beware of RAS. I’m in western Michigan and they operate out of Grand Rapids. They also deliver some GE products.

Worst experience ever. Delivery man said he could not bring our new fridge into our house because he was not paid enough to take the fridge doors off. Told me to contact Home Depot and it was my issue

Worthless company finally brought our appliances. However the truck was too big to get up our driveway. Their idea was to meet me at a gas station to exchange the appliances. Idiots! If I could do that i wouldn't need you in the first place. So, went to Lowe's and problem solved. Thank God Lowe's doesn't deal with this feckless, witless organization. No more shopping at Home Depot.

Ordered appliances from Home Depot June 2,2024. Delivery supposed to happen June 17. No calls or updates so I had to call them. On day of service I was told the appliances were coming. Delayed until June 24 and still no appliances . Came with a huge truck rented from Enterprise that had too low of clearance in the lift. In the beginning we mentioned needed a smaller truck and to call ahead. Now this company is refusing to deliver the appliances after 4 weeks of waiting and I have been without a stove for a week. Told Home Depot personnel that we need to deliver to a different address and or is meet them somewhere to pick it up. Really?!? What logistics company doesn’t have different size trucks? And refuses to bring things. Also Home Depot wasn’t making it right and the store refused to accept the appliances there and bring them to me. So this company is blaming me and saying we were blocking traffic. I’m attaching pictures so you can see this normal type of driveway we have and that traffic had a way around them and I have neighbors as witnesses. Then other neighbors that we know were the ones that drove around the truck. So I will take this as far as I can up the line at Home Depot so maybe they will contract with a different delivery service . DO NOT BUY FROM HOME DEPOT AND IF YOU BUY ANYWHERE ELSE ASK WHAT LOGISTICS COMPANY THEY USE. They have delayed my entire kitchen remodel by weeks.

I would suggest everyone who has had a bad experience from this company not only review negatively here but also on company who you purchased actual product from in first place. This company definitely does not care about your negative reviews as they get their money from home depot and wayfair and such. I will be calling wayfair as well to let them know i will not do business with them if they use this god forsaken company for delivery. If you want to know my experience every other review sums it up perfectly. You WILL have an awful time with this company. Assuredly.

Constant run around. Lot of lip service-not what we needed. I had to call them several times and it was like pulling teeth to get an answer. Delivery was scheduled for INSIDE but they just pulled up in my driveway, dumped it and left. Problem is they never came to the door, did not cover it (even though it was to be delivered inside) and its 13 boxes of WOOD flooring! I am handicapped and cannot move these heavy boxes by myself. Very displeased with this company. Will not want them to deliver anything to me ever again. I can just imagine what the bottom pcs look like with this package just being "dumped off". Tried to call RAS and their phone messaging system is full-what a surprise! Horrible relations
