Pool Tables Plus picked up a pool table that I purchased in Indianapolis, moved it back to South Bend and installed it in my basement. They did an outstanding job. I was very pleased with their service. I highly recommend them for any pool table servicing or moving.

Spent a day going to all the pool table dealers in the area. The best service, the best price and the highest quality was at Pool Tables Plus. They were excellent to work with, delivery and set-up was flawless. We highly recommend them!

I am leaving this review to serve as a warning. $1600 down the drain. Relevel the table nope...level out a seam nope...replace all rail rubber nope...new cloth nope. There is not one aspect of this job that we paid a ton of cash for that was done properly. Owner was all to happy to come out and take the cash out if my husband's hand a say if there is anything else let me know after the third trip out...nothing now that he is paid up. If anyone know of a place that fix my pool table please leave response here and I will gladly reach out because these people haven't the first clue what they are doing.

Where would one start…this was a three month ordeal and $1700 filled with bad communication and craftsmanship. Called them out to do work on a slate that was out of level in a small section and perhaps two or three dead spots on the rails. Dead spots amount to about 8 inches total of the three. They advised it is best practice to replace rails to ensure the hold…well $600 for new cushions later and a month from the start the rails came back and basically did not hold anywhere. 4 of the six sections were trash and I mean one rail wasn’t holding in any part of. Three feet detached. The spot on the slate that required leveling absolutely no better and the cloth was stretched so poorly the ball would walk off track when coming got a stop. Gave them another shot and they got recommended glue then they came back to glue the cushions that have already been glued!!!!! Why did I need to get new in the first place…which that took a month and when our back the cloth is better…not great but oh well and still about a 6 inch dead spot on one rail. Paid full price…cloth on rails came back with stains on it and rail section is so dead that they almost left me laughing. If you have no idea about quality pool then this might be your place. Clearly not prepared to do quality work on quality equipment and when still not right nothing but crickets from the owners. Thanks guys I will gladly post the next company I pay to finish the job you were incapable of yet still you were all to happy to take my money. Thanks George.

These people are wonderful. I had some problems with Ozone Billards (Do not use this company) and Pool Tables Plus went above and beyond to help me when Ozone abandoned both of us. If you're in the market for a pool table, call Pool Tables Plus and ask for Shannon. She's amazing!
