They had a dysfunctional ATM this morning.When we tried to get our money , add another one side by side That was disfunctional, We called trying to get it taken care of they told us 24 hours.Now they're telling us 72 hours and before that they tried saying 45 days.I would not recommend this bank to the devil himself, they're literally not doing a efficient job, fully willing to allow us to go hungry, broke, no fuel, our utilities are getting shut off tomorrow, and my girl can't get to work, Meta Bank is more reliable, PNC is a staining name to banks

Bank location is close to my home. Our mortgage was at northwest bank and apparently PNC bought northwest’s home loans. No explanation, really, just got a letter one day. Not a big fan of having to go inside and wait for the one lone window to get open. They have a nice drive thru that doesn’t get used. Why it’s closed is beyond me. I’m to assume it’s because they don’t have enough people to staff it. Do better PNC.

They have no staff doesn’t matter what time you go. You’re going to wait 30 minutes.

I needed to make a credit card payment.. I had finished working 3rd shift and got there a half hour before they opened... I decided to wait and play with my phone in the car. A lady pulled up next to me (I’m assuming the manager) and said I couldn’t park in their lot when they’re closed for security reasons. She was very nice and asked me to wait in the Walmart parking lot. However, I don’t feel that it’s right. I’ve done business with other banks and waited for them to open while parked in their lot and it was never an issue with them.

Terrible bank. Pre select you for loans and then decline you. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend banking here whatsoever.

I absolutely love PNC bank. I would recommend this bank branch and the banking company, to anyone that's looking for a great bank. Due to their respectful, friendly, and helpful tellers and bank staff, that's ALWAYS happy to help and provide excellent service to their customers. As well as the great choices for checking accounts. I'm certainly glad I did, without a doubt or second guessing my decision.

Listed as being open until 6 pm, drove 40 minutes to get here and find out they were closed at 5 pm

If you don't have a pnc card becareful if your card is captured it will be shred the next morning.
