“After decades of waiting in lines at CVS and being made to feel like a burden. Them never knowing my name until I gave it to them. I switched to Seifert. The second visit the owner greeted me by my first name. He makes me feel inportant. He goes out of his way to provide me with useful information and making sure my meds are always ready and in stock. I'm shocked that places like this still exist but am grateful that I am able to experience it. One of the very best decisions I've ever made.”
“This is review is for the flower department. Marce went above and beyond to help me out with a last minute bouquet and a boutonniere. They had a lot of flowers to choose from. She was very quick and professional. I would definitely use this flower department again. Thank you Marce!”

“Store was clean, well organized, shelves were well stocked and prices were easy to read. The only bad thing is a few "sale" tags were a little confusing so be careful while reading them. They look like money off but they are actually dollars to use next time you shop. So buyer beware in that aspect.”

“Always polite staff and pharmacists. Notified prescriptions ready by text and an occasional long line that tends to move generally swift. Pharmacist went the extra mile and moved all my and fathers prescriptions from a mail order pharmacy that was inconsistent with delivery.”

“The store is clean, the front counter staff was nice. My 1st experience with the pharmacy I wasn't really satisfied. I mean at least I didn't wait like I did my normal branch, what is it CVS, I get your short staffed but if you don't want my business just keep it up I will gladly go elsewhere after 20 years of only using you. I asked to switch prescribed meds over, their on automatic refills. He didn't want to assist while there even though no line, he told me to call in to do it. OK, but I made a special trip on to do it.”

“Been shopping at this Kroger for years and have always been satisfied. Today, I forgot an item in my cart when I left the store and had to return.I don't have names, but the gentleman in the tue dye shirt was of great help. He steered me to the cashier and as soon as she saw me, she knew exactly why I was there. Hats off to both of them.However, before I got to the cashier, tie dye guy brought over a manager to talk to me. She was an older lady (not the younger lady) and she proceeded to tell me they "we can't just give things away, and that I LEFT it at the store."When I asked if they could review the video surveillance, she told me the same thing. Her customer service is not even worthy of a half star rating.What she SHOULD have done was told me they would review the video, contact their corporate offices for a final determination. She instead, chose to place blame on, and then dismiss me.Again, thanks to tie dye guy for stepping into the role of their inconsiderate manager (older lady, not younger) and leading me to the cashier.”

The best vegetable section I ve seen in a long time. Lots of color , Precision stacking. Quite nice. If I lived here, this would be my market.”

Their professionalism and friendly manor is outstanding and something that's hard to find at Pharmacies anymore. The Pharmacists are quick to catch any issues and ensure they get worked out promptly. Even over the phone, they take time to check and explain. All the techs and assistants are quick and extremely courteous. The service given here really can't be beat. I highly recommend this Pharmacy.”

However today, the pharmacist named Rehan, immediately greeted me, prepared the vaccines and administered them to me in a very timely manner. I hope he's there the next time I go for vaccines!!!!”

“After reading the Google reviews I'm compelled as a monthly 19 year Pharmacy customer to give more than a "snapshot" of the current environment at CVS. The new Manager has completely changed the atmosphere in the store to a very positive one. He is the 1st Manager I've ever seen "on the floor". He greets as many customers as possible, has a fantastic attitude and he directly supports his staff to ensure a positive customer experience. The ladies in the Pharmacy are extremely efficient at transactions. Also, they're friendly and patient with all customers.
The feeling of goodwill that the new manager exudes has caused me to regularly start shopping in the store. It's my new "go to" place and I now shop almost all departments. There is a very serious issue regarding the Pharmacy manager. When 1 person can and does destroy the reputation of an otherwise fantastic CVS store and staff it's time to take immediate action!”
