Did a great job with the brakes on our F350 including system flush however, a day later I noticed a clunking sound coming from the passenger rear wheel. When I pulled the center cap a lug nut fell out in my hand. Must have missed tightening that one down after putting the wheel back on. No worries though, I'll be back for future service as needed on our vehicles.

This place was a genuine nightmare it took them over a month to replace a transmission . That was by no means the fault of the Technician that was working on my vehicles fault. I kept calling and getting lied to told me my vehicle would be ready the next day or the next day that day never happened. Subsequently I lost my job of a year and a half because I was being told lies I in turn ended up lying to my employer I kept saying the next day or the next. They just got tired of making arrangements daily for me and my transportation issues. I ended up getting my vehicle back approx 5 weeks after they received the transmission works great but I'm a little gun shy to ever take my vehicle to any kind of repair shop again
While the guys there did make everything right and good they can't get me my job back or pay my bills due to the lack of a job and for that reason I am giving them a two

From the old Perry to the new Perry. They have bent over backwards to make sure that I had everything done on my truck. It took a little more time and they accommodated me as I needed. It's like I'm writing in a new vehicle. This new management is great. I highly recommend them for you to take your vehicles. Great job guys and thank you!

Rich and Perry Auto serviced my vehicle recently, and provided the fix within an hour’s time of the scheduled appointment. I appreciated the ability to get in and out, while also being provided excellent work on the issue. Would use them again, without a doubt!

Made an appt online to get my car checked out. Everyone was friendly when I came in and waiting area was very nice. They went over what needed to be taken care of and showed me on a diagram where one of the problem areas was. They even send you a link with pics/videos and everything they checked that was ok or needed serviced. I had a quote from another place on one of the items that needed replaced and Perry’s quote was cheaper. They were able to order the parts and have it fixed two days later. The receipt has a break down on each item replaced and the cost of the item and labor. I even received a text two days later asking how my car is doing. I have never been to a shop that is so thorough. Highly recommend!!
