Took my bike in for a service and tune up. Took it for a ride the next day and the check oil light comes on. Pull over, and see the level isn’t even visible through the looking glass on the crankcase, nonetheless within the recommended lines. Even after letting the bike sit and oil drain from the head it was still well below spec. Bike is a 2019 Yamaha in great condition with no leaks or burning issues. Anyways, I had to go to an auto parts store and fill it up approximately another half quart to bring it within spec.Called the service dept. and the woman denied any wrongdoing immediately before I even finished explaining the issue (red flag). Was very defensive for someone who didn’t even touch the bike. Figured for $250+ for a change and check up they would be competent enough to check the oil level after changing it. First and last time going here, do better.

This place is a Joke. They don't stock any parts and are way over priced. Save yourself time and money and order your parts through Partzilla.I wouldn't let the service department work on a Walmart weed eater! What a sad dealer....

The lady salesperson knew her products and it was nice to see a lady salesperson in the shop. I had my nephew with me who is just beginning his journey with motorcycles and he is in good hands with North End Cycles and that makes me happy.

Was thrown off by one of the sales people.I've been riding for 15 years now. Was looking to test ride a 2023 Grom and a Mt-03 that was on the sales floor. Been heavily looking into both bikes for years now.Idk if the sales guy figured I was just messing around but he made the comment of "well if you are serious in buying that's fine but we don't just let people test ride bikes for fun"I don't know about anyone else. I refuse to buy a bike without testing it out first. I get that these are 2 different bikes. Trust me I own several motorcycles currently. The comment turned me off, maybe it wasn't meant to sound as bad as it did. But being in sales myself, the wording came off as rude and cold.

Had BMW bike battery die 1.5 miles from shop & called for emergency help...they worked with me 5 hours to determine battery wouldn't charge and find a battery they had in stock that could get me 50 miles home. Awesome service. Nice people.

North End Cycle is garbage! Called today for parts. Needed a air filter for a 04 Honda 400ex. Probably the most common quad Honda has ever built. Figured the Honda dealership would have one. Called the parts counter to check, lady said they had one in stock ready to go! Drive from Mishawaka to North End Cycle, for the guy behind the counter to tell me the computer says the do but it's not in the back. But they can order you one! If I wanted to order it online I would never use your business. Well from now on I will never use North End Cycle for anything. What a waste of time!

Just purchased a sxs and four wheeler for my son. Our salesman was Bob Curtis. His communication and honesty throughout the deal was second to none. They went above and beyond to find what we were looking for and fit it into our budget. I had the service department do several add ons before picking them up and that work was completed in a timely manner at a fair price. I will be a return customer.

Lack of communication with customers and will steal your bike and claim they called you. Then Bob the gm will get on the phone and be rude, and say they called but doesn't know when. They cashed out my bike a (4600 dollar bike) for 383 dollars and Bob said he kept it. I never once got a letter or call regarding my bike or payment. But Bob said he sold it.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I purchased two brand new quads from them. Have had nothing but problems with them and everything time I bring them in for service it is a complete nightmare! I could go in to detail but I will just say, I highly recommend finding somewhere else!

Took my bike in for tires and bearings. Things didn't go well. Guy fired already, when I called. Jason took great care of me to make it right. That he did, even when I questioned stuff he still reassured me he did it right and parts are correct. Thanks again.

First time at the new facility. Was happy that I called for an appt and they told me I could just bring it in for an oil change. Last time they had told me it would be 6 weeks to get it in. I went in on a Friday morning and they got to work on it right away. Took less than an hour. My only complaint was I paid extra so they would check over the bike to make sure it was good for the season. When I picked up the bike there was nothing on the receipt about what all they checked. I ended up asking the mechanic and he verbally told me about what he sound. Would like to see them use something like when you get oil changed on your car and gives you a list of wear on brakes etc.

I've gone to North End three times now, all to have new tires put on (once bringing the bike in for the install, twice bringing the wheel in). All three times they were fast and polite, and this last time, I came in with only about 30 mins to spare before close, dropping the wheel off expecting to have to return Monday. They were awesome though, getting me taken care of, right up to the last minute. Thanks a ton Ryan and the other great guys that made it happen!
