Bad service department/mechanics. I have a fourwheeler that won’t stay running they had it for two weeks and said nothings wrong with it come and get it. Will have to take it to someone that actually knows what they’re doing.

I was very pleased with quick and courteous service when I found that I had a flat rear tire after an overnight stay in a nearby hotel. They took my bike right away, did the repair, and I was on my way again within about 90 minutes.

Bob Curtis at North End Cycle was a breeze to work with. Made the entire process hassle and stress free. From the sales team to the finance department to the wonderful staff in the retail shop, I had a fantastic experience working with them all. Not to mention the amazing MT-03 they quickly put together for me. I will definitely be bringing my business back for all my motor vehicle needs. Highly recommend!

I wouldn't take my bike there if they was the last bike shop on the planet they're way overpriced and they are very slow they had my bike for 6 months I had to get some of the parts for them because they couldn't get them.... then after having my bike for 6 months I get it back and it leaks oil it smokes they didn't change no gaskets, customer service sucks, they're way overpriced, the owner don't care how his customers are treated he only cares about his money........ DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE TO NORTH END CYCLE YOU'LL REGRET IT ?

This place made it so simple and easy for me as a first time motorcycle buyer. From the awesome gentleman named Bob that helped me from the first phone call to the final handshake as I was walking out the door, to the guy who helped me with the financing who was able to answer all my questions and got me what I think is a grate set up. And the wonderful lady that help me pick out my helmet. They treated me as if I was family. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Definitely would recommend.

This review is for parts department. If I could get 0 stars I would. I used to like the store. But since they got a new building, they got new attitudes. I ordered a part that I was told I would receive in a week. I paid almost a $100 for. They then lost the part. It was supposedly the only one available in the entire United States. So I go into the store to get a refund. And they try to give me less than what I paid. They say that the credit card company charges $3. So I can't give that $3 back. I used my chase ATM debit card. And I did not get the product that I paid for it. So I should get 100% of the balance back. So the guy behind the counter goes and talks to his boss. His boss pulls $3 out of his wallet and they give me the money. Then the guy has the audacity to tell me that if that issue ever happens again I will never get the money back. So you are telling me that North end cycle is gonna continue stealing money from people. The guy's name is Trevor he was very disrespectful and even though I don't wish this on anybody.I honestly think he should lose his job but that's my opinion. I was a returning customer of at least 10 years. I will no longer be spending my money at this business. Ever again in my entire life. And I hope others see that this store is still in people's money. And refusing to give it back. When it's their mistake. Here's a little insight Trevor. If it wasn't for customers, a business would not need employees. If a business did not have employees, the business would not be in business. Learn to respect your customers. The customer is always right. At least in this situation I definitely was. What you should have said was I am sorry, sir that we lost your part. We will try to make it up to you. Here's a 10 or 15% off on your next purchase. And that's how you wanna keep a customer.

This is a horrible place to bring your Honda to be repaired. I brought my 4 wheeler here 3 separate times to be repaired and they have never been able to get it repaired right. $2,000 later they are telling me to take it to a different repair shop and they will no longer work on a Honda older than 2008. The manager is missing half of his teeth and appears to be on some kind of drug. He had the audacity to start cussing at me and threaten to call the cops on me for being upset for spending all this money and the problem is still not resolved. I will be filing a lawsuit against North End Cycle immediately.

This is the best bike shop in town. Bob and his team were super professional and responsive. Everyone there was friendly and went the extra mile. Cannot recommend this place enough! A+++

I came in this week to pick up parts i had ordered last week , parts arrived in less than a week ! While there i looked at getting a new helmet, I received excellent service making sure the fit was right! and they installed a sena headset for me also. They also had a great selection of saftey apparel, coats with pads in them and boots, once again I recieved great help and attention in getting the right fit , I purchased one coat and two pairs of boots .The staff was outstanding, big thank you to Kandi and Trevor!
