“I went to make a change on my Verizon cell phone plan that I had tried to do with Verizon over the phone but wasn’t able to get it figured out. I decided to attempt it in person and I’m so glad that I did. Jose was the employee who helped me after an expected wait because it was late in the day after work hours. I learned so much from him about plan options and possibility of getting a new phone, which I decided to do. Things took longer than anticipated because of transferring old phone information to a new phone and Jose stayed even past closing time to make sure everything was accomplished as it needed to be. I have been back there twice since then with questions, nothing on his end, but situations with my phone and some other issues and he was always incredibly gracious and welcoming and helpful. Would recommend this store highly. I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and I would say this experience was the best I have ever had with this company.”

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Anya for her incredible customer service. I’ve been to the Hively location and they never help me. every time I need help with my phone, Anya is the one I turn to. As an older customer, I sometimes have trouble with technology, but Anya is always so patient and takes the time to explain everything clearly.
She’s fantastic at juggling multiple customers while still making sure I feel heard and well taken care of. Her knowledge and friendly attitude make such a difference. She truly goes above and beyond, and I believe she deserves recognition for the way she helps everyone with a smile.

“The employee who helped me, Ethan, was very nice and was able to help me with some serious issues I was having with my cell phone. He has great customer service skills.However, there was also another employee there that was using profanity in front of me. I don't feel that is very professional. Hopefully someone can talk to him about what professional behavior looks like.”

“Concord cell phone repair this guy Mauricio did Wonderful job on my back and phone of my phone my back of my phone was shattered and he did a great job and my front Screen has a pink line and white and I could even touch my screen and he repaired that and I can touch my phone like it is brand new”
