Went in and from the get go, the staff had an attitude and was rude. I asked for a tire in the size I thought I needed, I was offered two tires at different prices. I picked the tire that was more expensive as I was told it had better tread and more life on the tire. Handed over the keys and they took the car. The person who took the car informed me that I actually needed a tire in a different size and that he would need to go check if they even had a tire in the size that was needed. However the person was very rude and had a poor attitude. Mind you, I had been nothing but nice and respectful towards them and apologized for mistakenly asking for a tire in a wrong size. So they took the car and without checking back in with me, they installed a tire and charged the price of the more expensive tire I was previously offered. They charged me and I went on my way. Hours later, the tire pressure in the tire that was just installed was going down. The tire shop was already closed so I put air in the tire and thought nothing of it. That same night the tire pressure was at zero. There was a leak where the tire meets the wheel near the valve stem. I went to Belle Tire today to get the tire evaluated and hopefully fixed, it turns out the seal between the tire pressure sensor and the valve stem wasn’t sealed correctly when the tire was changed and that what was causing the leak. To add onto this terrible situation, the tire I just bought didn’t have enough tread to be able to be fixed so I had to buy a new tire to replace the one I just bought. I don’t know what happened during the initial install of the tire that caused the valve stem seal to be tampered with or even if it wasn’t tampered with I don’t know why the tire wasn’t properly checked for leaks or why I wasn’t notified that something was wrong with the tire altogether. I had previously come here to get tires and there was no problem at all. I even brought a car with the tire pressure sensor light on and there were no problems at all when I needed a tire replaced. I don’t know what happened between then now that something like a valve stem / tire pressure leak was able to be overlooked. It’s caused me a huge headache, a ton of stress, time and money.

HIGHLY recommend! I called 6 different places between mishawaka and elkhart and no one had my tire size in stock. He had my size and it was also $220 cheaper than the next lowest quote i got. thanks again.

Great local shop with nice pricing. I was able to save 20 to 25 percent vs another shop to have my shocks, struts and back brakes done.
