I feel like I am bothering the salesman.
I have called 3 times and spoke to a sales person, don't want to post his name.
I have been asking for more information on their inventory on their web site for the last two weeks.
I have been clear what I am going to purchase, cash when I arrive from Arizona on July 10th. White, covered trailer, 7.5x16 7". Stock # changes with more features.
There are a few I wanted more information on so I can chose before I get there. It's like the sales man doesn't want to do anything until I arrive.
Why should I drive from storage units in Michigan to a company that won't answer quoted or questions about what comes on a package?
Not sure what is on a sxs package? Or utv
My husband wants the best. I am trying to set it up ahead so we can arrive and he can do the final pick and we can be done quickly.
Unfortunately I can't get a response? I called today and spoke with a sales person, received no information.
He confirmed he received my emails but did not respond.
Still waiting.
Guess you don't need my business. Sorry to bother you!

Quality, size, and price were the non-negotiables we had for buying a trailer for our mobile pet photography business. I’ve spent the past two months searching every trailer dealer east of the Mississippi that fit these parameters.
One dealer was $10 cheaper and 10 miles closer. Another was $500 cheaper but 1000 miles away.
16” on center? 24” on center?
Seamless? Semi-screwless?
If you thought the buffet had endless options, then you’ve never truly done your research on enclosed trailer options.
There was one business that kept showing up, whether in the spreadsheets I made or the hundreds of open browsers. That business was Mid City Trailers.
Mid City Trailers had tons of options, competitive on price, and they weren’t 800 miles away.
They also had an odd ball size that I couldn’t find anywhere else a 7.5’ wide cargo trailer.
The selection and distance wasn’t the best part about Mid City Trailers.
The secret sauce was the people.
Mid City Trailers is a family run business that magic came from everyone there making you feel like family as well.
Keen is a trailer sommelier. His knowledge of trailer craft helped sort through all the options and made a perfect trailer and business pairing. After answering any questions he let me look around the yard with a no pressure approach.
After deciding, I came back into the office and the experience from there was wonderful.
Keen’s wife and son were so efficient at preparing the paperwork, the IRS should take some notes. They were also experts in kindness.
The one other employee working there was also incredible (sorry I forgot your name). He took the time to make sure the trailer was sitting level and gave the trailer a quick once over before I departed. Another master of his craft.
If you’re just looking for a trailer, then go anywhere, I promise you there are no shortage of dealers. After all a trailer is just a trailer.
But if you want to experience the magic of a small family run business, who also is in the business of selling quality trailers and a reasonable price then Mid City Trailers is the place to go. In fact, after the experience I had doing business with them, I’d travel 800 miles to buy another trailer from Mid City.

Ethan made the process super straight forward and easy! They got our trailer out by the time we were back from the bank and we were outta there without a hassle all questions answered and they helped hook it up! Very good customer service and great value at best price! Definitely recommend!

They are very knowledgeable about their products. Very professional and quick. They treat you like family. Ethan is an amazing young man, he knows the business very well, and understands every aspect of the business. The mother, Jeri is very friendly and she makes you feel at home. Hands down, we would definitely come back.

Straightforward place to due business with. After exchanging a few emails about the trailer I was interested in I drove in a few hours to see the trailer. I was a bit worried that price was so good there would be a "catch" ie light upgrade, gate upgrade, wheel upgrade etc. I was pleasantly surprised they had the trailer I wanted waiting for me in the front lot and the paperwork was ready to go. A quick inspection verified the quality of the trailer was excellent and was hooked up and back on the road in twenty minutes. Thanks!

Terrible experience.The warranty and after sales is the worst ever.Do not buy from this dealer.First trip with the trailer I had lights issues. No one will take ownership or follow up.I had to pay to get it fixed.
