They charged me 5 extra dollars and there was a woman with the carrier #681065342 who refused to give me her name so I could go tomorrow to ask about the 5 extra dollars they charged me and as I was leaving she started insulting me and I asked to speak to a manager and as she said that she was one and she was serving everyone like that because a man came who needed help to remove a phone from the line and she only told him that he had to pay about 80 dollars

One of the managers rips of people because they don't speak English... charging people 90 plus dollars for screen protectors and refuse to refund their money for not speaking the language.

They refused to help my girlfriend because I disagreed with something they said they told her she qualified for a discount but wouldn't give it to her becuz of my disagreement. Told her to call customer service and take care of it her self then on top of that they would not help her switch anything from her old device to her new one.. then on top of that I thought About switching plans for a min the guy told me it would be $325 I said ok I need to wait I don't have that he says what do you have on you I said $30. He said give me $45 and we will make it happen. I said no that's OK. So of I had $325 they would have charged that Then on top of that they charged my girlfriend $30 for a wall charger she never bought we had to go to the store and again they argued with her

We went to buy 3 new phones today.. The salesperson we had " Rudy" was VERY knowledgeable and helpful!! I would recommend going to the location in Elkhart on South Main Street, expecially if you aren't sure what kind of phone you want/ need.

I was charged 4.00 extra for something that wasn't explained to me last month and paid 65.00, but I went to pay my bill for this month and was only charged 61.00 and no one was able to explain why...but they only show the original bill at 57.00...I think I'll be cutting off my services with them and advise anyone else who is thinking about using their company to not do so....the clerk was rude and impatient when all she was doing was playing on her tablet...hmmm...done with Boost mobile...Very unsatisfiedIf I can give them a lesser rate, I would
