This is in a safe neighborhood! The buildings are in good shape. There is plenty of space to maneuver those bigger vehicles, and the service is unmatched. As long as I have storage need in Elkhart area I'll be going to Memorial Storage! Thanks!

We needed a storage facility ASAP and this is the only one that didn't take advantage of us. These are clean, great security and their locks are top notch. I'm so glad he (maybe Cory?) answered his phone while on a family vacation, that speaks for itself!!! Thanks

Used the service to rent a UHaul and the person who answers the phone doesn't know anything about how to help with problems besides "Call uhaul" or "use their app"Well... Part way into the trip the AC stopped. No oil.They don't upkeep the trucks either.Eventually after uhaul support was pitter pattering with sending a 'mechanic' out, I asked if I could just refill the oil myself and be reimbursed; They said yes, but it'd be reimbursed through Memorial Storage who stopped answering my calls.Don't go here. Specifically for the UHaul, but I can't imagine their upkeep on their units if they can't even refill oil.

Great place to store your stuff! I rented an indoor unit and communication has been professional, instant and polite. All my questions were answered quickly and I was able to get access the same day. They also have outdoor storage that I'm thinking about using this spring since the rates are so great! I highly recommend them!

You would assume pretty much all storage facilities are created equally, or at least that was the assumption I had, but after switching to Memorial Storage I can say that couldn't be further from the truth. The leasing consultant was friendly, professional, and more importantly seemed to really care after the safety and security of our belongings which really made us feel comfortable storing irreplaceable family heirlooms and other sentimental items here.
