Older woman with short hair at the window 7:30am very rude pretty sure she was the manager, she was yelling at her workers, told her our first order which she was rolling her eyes at, didn't even listen to the second order we trued telling her just walked away sent somebody else to the window to take it because they weren't taking orders at the speaker. You couldn't pay somebody enough to deal with the bullcrap she was putting her workers through this morning!!! Going to work just to get screamed at.

The morning lady is a good worker. I usually don’t go to this McDonald’s because of slow service but because of the lady I mentioned and me surprising my son with his favorite breakfast. Which is the big breakfast with hot cakes. #

Food and customer service were amazing. I ordered using the mobile app, and they prepared everything exactly as I asked. Additionally, I didn't have to wait long, and every employee who assisted me was really nice. They impressed me, especially considering it's a fast-food chain where service can often be lacking, but that wasn't the case here! Thanks to the crew, you're doing great

I placed a mobile order. They told me the machine was downstairs they can't prepare food. When I asked about a refund they stopped responding. It was about 15 minutes before the same person that was on the speaker came outside and gave me excuses that they could have said over the speaker instead of ignoring me. Terrible service. I have no doubt that the food quality is as awful as everyone else is saying. I was also told to kill myself as I drove away

Same in every other mcdonald's they're shake machine is broke and the staff is passports at best buy what do u expect from a elkhart McDonald'
