Fantastic florist will definitely use again. I ordered my Mom flowers from another state. I prefer to use a local florist. I called and they nailed what I was asking for.

Update: I really appreciate you guys calling and making this right! It’s really appreciated more then you know! I decided to leave the original issue to show that you guys have amazing customer service and that you guys know how to correct a mistake! I will definitely come back as a customer for future orders to surprise my sister with! Thank you very much!
Original post: I was really excited to order flowers from this company after seeing the reviews. I wanted to surprise my sister at work after having a rough week. I was not happy to find out that she didn’t receive the order that I had purchased. It was supposed to be a sunny sunflowers- premium. She did not receive that. She just received the sunflower and not the rest of what was supposed to be with it. Pictures below of what I ordered and what she got. I get mistakes happen but when I spend half my pay check to cheer her up and surprise her then she doesn’t get what I ordered. It upsets me and makes me not wanna do business with them again.

I went here for the 1st time to order a garden planter, with added fresh flowers . The young lady that helped me was amazing, very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Not only was she great, the prices are very reasonable.They sent me a picture today,( before they delivered it), of it finished. Absolutely beautiful! They will be my only call for future local orders.

I have ordered flowers here for several years. This year their people taking orders over the phone cannot follow instructions.Their website does not work right. Placing an order was strenuous. It should be fast.Companies insist on hiring young people because they are cheap.They get what they pay for.The flowers were not pretty. Matzke ruined our anniversary this year.They did give a refund, which hardly makes up for it.

I have used Matzke Florist a few times and did not hesitate to order from them again today. They went above and beyond to get my flowers delivered for me and I am so grateful to have them as my go to florist! You won't be disappointed-- great customer service and beautiful flowers!
